The staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Dr. Downing always took the time to answer my questions. Scheduling was easy and flexible. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I left with stretches/exercises to continue at home. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Valley rehabilitation and performance for your physical therapy needs. I pulled a muscle really bad in my lower back end of April and they got me back to normal life and helped me learn how to assess my pain and what to do to get rid of it. I will continue the exercises and they told me to call if i need to so the communication and commitment to their patients is great! Thank you for helping me get back to being able to do things i couldn't a month ago.

I received the very best physical therapy and rehab following a recent shoulder surgery. Adam, Joe and Emily make the best team! Because of their expertise combined with my home therapy exercises, I was able to complete my in office therapy early. Now I can continue my exercises at home and continue my healing process. Joe is one of the best physical therapists in my opinion. He has helped both my daughter and my son through a few different injuries and surgery recovery. He had my daughter back to softball in no time! He was always very friendly and really cares about you. I would recommend them to anybody!

My daughter Rosemary fractured her hip 2 months ago. Joe was very good and very helpful and understanding . He helped her with gaining strength back in her hip as well as fixed her problem with her knees as they turned in when we first started. Her knees do not turn in anymore and she graduated yesterday. I highly recommend going there for physical therapy.

Two months ago, it was a struggle to walk around the block due to pain in my leg. My leg hurt every night when I tried to go to sleep. A friend recommended Adam. He knew exactly what to do to get me back to normal. His therapy works. I've been to a number of therapists. He's the best. I highly recommend him.

Adam, Joe, and Emily were awesome. The 1st day I walked into Valley Rehab I had my doubts anyone could help relieve me of butt pain I had been dealing with for months. The burning never stopped. However: within 20 minutes I was pain-free. With his help I have learned to deal with my sciatica issues. Thank you, Adam from the bottom of my heart. I recommend Valley. Rehab to everyone. 😘

I had debilitating sciatica. I called after a friend recommended them. Adam gave up his lunch hour to see me. He did an assessment and gave me simple exercises to do at home. Within a couple of days I was pain free. After 3 sessions I’m back to 100%.

Everything about my experience at Valley Rehabilitation & Performance was great! Appointments are scheduled so that you have plenty of individualized time with the PT. Joe was excellent about listening to the wide variety of issues I came in for and thoroughly testing each issue. He gave me a very specific set of exercises to address my concerns instead of a standard set based on the body part. He also made sure to follow up each visit about how the exercises were going at home and made adjustments as needed. Would absolutely recommend!

Not only did Adam get rid of the severe pain in my back, hip and leg; but he also gave my the diagnostic tools to use if it should ever happen again. I now know to be proactive and use those tools, so I never get that bad.

The entire treatment experience, from the office staff, the facility & the therapists, was extremely pleasant, professional, & productive! After 6 weeks, Adam has given me the treatment, tools, & knowledge that have significantly restored my strength & health! Three years ago my health changed drastically!
I was told by several doctors nothing could help me. This was due to kidney & blood problems. My doctor finally sent me for PT. Joe saved my life. When I first went I had no balance & couldn’t stand up by myself. When he released me he said he thought I needed a bone density test.
Sure enough my T score was -2.7. I called Joe back , he said he could help me. Yesterday was my last appointment. I would highly recommend Valley Rehabilitation. Both Joe & Adam are great. When I was leaving he said “Call me if you need me!”

Very happy with my experience. Five visits, homework exercises and I’m almost 100% back to normal after a very painful few months. Facility is very nice and convenient. The physical therapy team at Valley Rehab is absolutely incredible. I worked with PT Joe who is up to date on current therapeutic guidelines and treatment for numerous conditions. He gave me his full attention for the entire visit and he listens really well to all of your concerns. The office staff is super kind and has easy scheduling. Valley Rehab was highly recommended to me by former patients and did not disappoint. I improved with each visit and was given instructions for home exercises between visits. My therapy actually took less visits than originally expected. Adam was my therapist and I highly recommend him. I saw Joe working with his patients and I would feel confident with him as well. The facility is very clean, well equipped, and has ample parking. The office manager was pleasant and helpful with insurance and appointments. If I need PT in the future I will return to Valley Rehab.
