What a great experience with this company, came out and was so professional and friendly. Fixed the problem and gave me a full detail on what the problem was with our Hot Water Heater. A company is only as good as the employees and this company has a great team!!

The two technicians that came out were amazing. Very competent, friendly, and thorough. I believe they were Jason and Sal(?).
Even they people I talked to on the phone were helpful, polite, and kind.
If I ever have water heater issues again I won’t hesitate to call.
Four stars!

Our AO Smith water heater was shutting off due to an error code. US Water Heating techs cleaned the flame sensor and only charged us for the service call. They worked quickly, explained the codes, and showed me the carbon buildup on the flame sensor. I was very happy with their work.

The company called me, set up the appointment quickly after I report to the manufacturer it was leaking, The technician was great, he was professional, timely and knew exactly what the process was and what to do to exchange my water heater at the place of purchase, through manufacturer warranty request to replace it. The process was a lot smoother than I anticipated and it was a good experience .

Kevin from U.S. Water Heating Solutions is the prime example of Knowledgeable, Professional, Courteous, Safety First Tradesmen. He explained everything step by step allowing me ask questions until I was comfortable. Per his company's procedures he was able to find and rectify the problem. I could have had a very dangerous situation had he not been thorough and look for a quick fix. This will be my ONLY Contractor when it comes to my Hot Water Heater!!
