The technician, Seil, called before coming out & arrived when he said he would. Was very pleasant & careful with my property. GoogleI was a little disappointed when the first technician came out because he did noy have the right part even though they requested me to provide the model # and serial # of my water heater and said he would come with parts. They had the part mailed to my house with instructions to call when it arrived. I did call and they sent a technician from Elk Grove Village, Illinois (I live in Bridgman, Michigan). He installed it and made several checks making my wife very happy as we now have a working water heater.

I contacted Rheems about the warranty and they said it was covered and they scheduled U.S. Water Heating Solutions to make repairs as necessary. The company contacted us promptly and scheduled an appointment. The service man (Lucas) showed up in the time frame that was set up even after all the highways and roads were in horrible shape with lots of accidents from snow from the previous evening. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was in and out within an hour (replaced thermostats). He was very professional and explained what the issue was. I would highly recommend Lucas and this company!!!
