I called UFO to take care of a bird nest in my soffit as well as a full home inspection and had a great experience! Everyone from UFO was very professional and friendly. They were able to take care of the nest and secure the soffit to prevent any new visitors. They also found a potential point of entry to the attic and secured it successfully. I would definitely call UFO again in the future if needed!

Needed to have birds and nest removed from 3rd floor vents. Was so pleased with UFO. Tiffany was excellent at communicating. Josh came out quickly and was knowledgeable. He removed the nest and installed cages to prevent future problems. Would highly recommend for any type extermination.

The racoon remediation by UFO was 5 Star. 1 adult and 5 young ones. They were well planned and executed the plan from animal removal through attic clean out, sanitization and insulation replacement. They cleaned up what little mess was left.

Josh and his crew were great. Josh went out of his way to help me out. He did a fantastic job. They secured the openings, cleaned up, removed all soiled insulation, sanitized and put down new installation. The raccoons also disconnected some of my ductwork. Josh replaced the damaged and fixed what was there. And they are a humane company!
No racoons were harmed! I would definitely
use them again if needed.

I apparently had a Flying squirrel issue in my attic. I had called other pest control companies that were either non-responsive or never followed up. Matt was exceptional. First off, best name ever. But seriously, when a raccoon ripped apart part of our roof in the middle of the night to access the crawl space, Josh and his team came out the same day, explained everything, and did the work quickly. No wildlife was harmed, the damage was patched, and UFO came back a week later to make sure everything was still ok and to sanitize our crawl space. I highly recommend them and would call them again if ever needed. 🛸
