Igor is the man!!! My wife and I were looking to buy our first home and things got super complex in the process with qualifying for a usda loan. Igor went to battle for us and made things happen. I contacted Trust Home Loans LLC regarding the refinance of my parents home and spoke with Igor. Igor went above and beyond to help us be able to qualify for a refinancing loan. Igor explained every step in detail and would go over any questions we had. This loan was very challenging, and we would have not been able to do it without Igor’s help. The service and personal attention we received from Igor was exceptional and beyond what we were expecting. Thank you for your assistance Igor throughout the loan process. I will certainly recommend your services to anyone I know who needs a mortgage or refinance. We will always come and see you for our mortgage needs. Igor called me out of the blue regarding a pending home purchase. He offered me a much lower rate than competitors - enough to switch over. My realtor advised me against the switch as he had a relationship with the lender I was working with previously. For .5%, it was worth the hassle for me. Little did I know, it was actually no hassle. Igor and his team were excellent and responsive throughout the homebuying process.

This company keeps its promises and is worth the highest rating available.

I'm normally not one to take time to review services.

After long time procrastinating and worrying about the need to refinance our house, my bf started the process after much nagging. He stressed out and went as far as to say he was barely keeping it together. I received number of sales calls but when I got a call from Igor's partner, I decided to hear out what he had to offer as it was the first time I felt I wasn't being sold something. It was one of the best decisions I've made. I took over the whole process from bf and Igor saved us couple grands. I truly enjoyed working with Igor as the feeling of not being sold something was felt throughout the process. I felt confident and as I could tell Igor was good at what he does. I would definitely come back if we had to refinance again and or would happily refer Igor and his team to family, friends or anyone who wants a positive experience.
