GoogleCOULDN'T HAVE GONE BETTER ! We called for the extraction of our 24ft 12,000lb Class B RV which had created 4 deep sinkholes, breaking through the pavement in our driveway at the end of each axle from sheer weight during this year's spring thaw(s). She was definitely not going to climb out of these holes under her own power. I was bedridden, recovering from surgery, and was not present in the driveway for the project when Kevin and Eddie showed up (right on time) for a scheduled -- but not routine extraction. (this after providing very responsive, prompt, and detailed communication for the previous 24 hours). Here's the note I texted Kevin at the completion of the project which explains exactly how I feel about how the whole thing went. Please make some room on the "Company Fridge" for a couple of the 5 gold stars I gave this review with these two guy's names on them: Kevin & Eddie, I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for the top-notch service this afternoon. My wife was thrilled about every aspect of the extraction, especially with the way you guys listened to her, worked with her needs, explain exactly what your intentions were, included her in the process and showed true & geniune respect. As you could see, that rig is more than a pricey recreational playtoy; it's her primary HOME for many months of the year and the respect you guys gave is exactly what was needed. You are two professional gentlemen & in your business, that is not always as common as it could be. In your case, it looks like that's how you guys do it every day. I've been a customer service reporter and on-site professional for 40 years and good service like yours doesn't escape my notice.
