Guy was awesome. Very helpful and happy to be doing his job great conversation along the way. He was totally focused from start to finish. Inspected my vehicle prior to touching it and took pictures all the way around in the event something happened. Upon delivering he did the same thing I find that very responsible for company to do that. I will do business with you guys again in the near future

I have nothing but good things to say about them! My daughter had a wheel bearing break on her car literally in the middle of town, in the middle of the road at 4am this morning. I called this guy, and he got to us in SCHUYLERVILLE from almost Ballston Spa in 27 minutes!!!! Great guy, trying to get my daughter to cheer up, very friendly, and reasonable pricing for the time of night and the travel. We are super thankful he picked up the phone cuz we couldn’t even push the car out of the road!!! Will DEFINITELY be calling again in the future should the need arise!!!

My husband’s sports car died on exit 15 of the Northway. He LOVES this car. Tow Away sent Gavin who was prompt, professional and personable. He was there in 20 minutes, hooked up our car and took us to Gils Garage, our repair shop. I highly recommend Tow Away.

Sub zero temps --> car wouldnt start I called for a jump and was given an estimate of one hour wait time. Didnt sound bad to me! Then TEN MINUTES later i get a call saying three man had arrived! TEN MINUTES! I was obviously thrilled. The man was polite and personable, knowledgeable and efficient... my car started within 2 minutes of his arrival. A stressful situation was turned into a positive experience. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

We were locked out of our vehicle with the keys inside on one of the coldest days. Towaway was dispatched by GEICO (roadside assistance). They arrived within 10 minutes, called us when they arrived as we waited inside the store due to the frigid temperature. The tech solved the problem quickly and was so polite, understanding and customer centered. We appreciated the service and kindness, which is lacking these days. Thank you isnt enough!!!! I do not recall his name but he was great!!
