I called Mr. Tobins office when I was extreamly frantic and in immense fear that I was going to be charged for something that I did not do. A constable had just came knocking on my door and left a threatening card when I did not answer it. Mr. Tobin immediately called me back. My anxiety was getting the best of me and I questioned everything he said in disbelief. He was so kind, so incredibly patient, so intelligent, and kept repeating his reassuring news over and over to me until I got it through my thick head that everything was going to be ok. He inspired me to face my fear and call that constable back. I fearfully did exactly what he said. I faced my fears and am so happy I did. Mr. Tobin was right and it was a just a civil serving not a criminal one. I never needed to become a client nor did I pay one penny for the kind, patent, and reassuring words of his seasoned knowledge.
