They responded quickly, arrived early, fixes the gas leak, relight appliances. When my thermostat was not sending the right signal they worked until they discovered the problem. They gave me an estimate prior to working and the final bill was less.

Asked for 500+ to just locate the leak, & $90 for coming to give the quote. I feel like both of those numbers could have been discussed when making the appointment on the phone to avoid wasting anyone's time. Thank you

Excellent service response by the entire team! Eric, (what a nice young man!), came to our house to see why our toilet was "running" intermittently. He figured it out quickly and only charged the service fee. These guys are always so smart and very, very nice. We've used these guys many times and we will always call them first for all our household plumbing and appliance repairs.

I've used TNT twice now. Once for a hot water heater install, another for furnace maintenance. Their technicians showed up on time and did excellent work. They were very professional and polite, and took time to explain in detail the services provided.(Shout out to Samuel and Michael! )I will definitely continue to use TNT for any future projects. UPDATE 12/14/23....Just used t n t for another furnace repair, and it was the same level of excellence that I have come to expect from these guys. Thanks TNT!
