I feel like both of those numbers could have been discussed when making the appointment on the phone to avoid wasting anyone's time.

Excellent service response by the entire team! Eric, (what a nice young man!),
came to our house to see why our toilet was "running" intermittently. He figured it out quickly and only charged the service fee. These guys are always so smart and very, very nice. I've used TNT twice now. Once for a hot water heater install, another for furnace maintenance. Their technicians showed up on time and did excellent work. They were very professional and polite, and took time to explain in detail the services provided.(Shout out to Samuel and Michael! )I will definitely continue to use TNT for any future projects.

They responded quickly, arrived early, fixes the gas leak, relight appliances. When my thermostat was not sending the right signal they worked until they discovered the problem. They gave me an estimate prior to working and the final bill was less.

I received a couple of estimates in the $400 range from other companies, claiming that the faucet couldn't be fixed, it had to be replaced.
Then Larry from TNT Plumbing came, looked at it and decided it could be fixed. For $75 he did it. So not only he saved me money, but also the hole in the basement's ceiling necessary for a faucet replacement.
