We realized yesterday evening that our cars were locked in the garage because a garage door spring suddenly broke yesterday (Sunday). Titan sent two representatives to the house first thing this morning and they quickly figured out what the problem was. They noticed that the existing springs were not really the right size, and put in larger and stronger ones. We highly recommend this company.
