Our front porch was uneven and had several noticeable cracks which bothered us for years. After Titan leveled the surface and filled the cracks it looks better than new! The new finish is beautiful and it drains perfectly. Very professional crew and good communication throughout the work. We are more than satisfied!!

Titan Exteriors is one of the best businesses around. They hire the best people, provide both deep expertise and quality service, and are super honest and earnest about their work. I hired them to patch/repair my siding from woodpecker damage, and was so satisfied at the speed and value, that I hired them again to re-side that entire wall using Hardie siding (and I have a STEEP house). The team was quick, the project manager was very responsive and helpful, and overall the entire project was so seamless.

I will hire Titan Exteriors again in the future without hesitation.

Titan exteriors did just a superior job on our deck project. The project involved the excision of a section of rotten wood below the deck at junction of two different deck, a poor seal between the two by previous builder. They understood the issues and resolved them at a reasonable price. Their workers, all polite, knowledgeable and hard working.
After rebuilding the deck, they recoat/refinished the entire deck with a new, better than new finish.
What could have been a big headache for us, they took care of, and with attention to detail.

I am very pleased with Titan Exteriors. From estimate to finalizing the job, they were outstanding. I had a slider installed, about a dozen windows, siding and horizontal blocking installed on new addition and siding tied into existing, siding patched and repairs to existing, as well as beams wrapped in cedar.

Tony, the owner came out for the estimate. He was honest, straight forward, and very fair with this bid. In addition, he was flexible when we needed to make additions to the scope and got the job started in the window we needed.

I cannot say enough about Andrey. He was incredibly helpful with any and all questions, easy to communicate with and his responses were always immediate and detailed. He did things I didn't even ask him to do, such as return material we had extra of, or help me develop my vision for beams on my home and tails that needed coverings. He was kind, professional, and so easy going. He made the whole process feel like a partnership and I truly appreciate his guidance and leadership throughout the entire process. His team, lead by the ever so talented, Arturo, were so skilled and meticulous. Titan is a company with integrity and true craftsmanship, and I am beyond grateful that they wrapped my home.

After getting several bids for replacement of siding on our south wall and needed repairs to other areas, we chose Titan Exteriors. The owner, Tony Bennett, is very knowledgeable and reviewed our whole building to see what needed to be done, and send us a bid right away. It was not the lowest or the highest, but the explanation of work to be done was comprehensive and complete. Tony also promptly answered any questions we had regarding the work to be done.

When we chose Titan Exteriors for our work, Tony kept us updated on his team’s availability to start the work. In just a few weeks, Andrey, the project Foreman, came to let us know exactly when the crew would arrive with the new siding and trash trailer for the old siding. The two crew members, Domingo and Juan, worked so hard and were so polite and friendly. The job was estimated to take about 4 days, but it was completed in just 2 days. The workmanship is excellent and I am so very happy we chose Titan Exteriors to take care of our home!

We hired Titan Exteriors to waterproof our 1930’s wrap around porch in order to finish the daylight basement. I’m pretty choosy when it comes to hiring contractors and was very pleased with Titan Exteriors across the board. Highly recommend.

Pavel was very flexible, collaborative and understanding with us as I was completing all of the required preparatory work on my own. When it came time for Titan’s crew to complete their work, they were great. Led by their field supervisor Bradley, all of Titan's crew was respectful, hard working and diligent.

We are very pleased with the finished product and are grateful to have hired Titan to complete our project. 5-stars!

We had Titan Exteriors install the ******** ALX Pro waterproof decking system on our existing 850 square foot deck. From the beginning (project evaluation and estimate) to the completion of the project, Titan Exteriors were very professional. Communication was excellent. Workmanship was great. The team of skilled workers paid attention to all details. The project manager was one of the best I have seen. He was on top of all the details and the schedule and would communicate about the project on a regular basis. We got three estimate for work to replace siding that was degraded by dry-rot. Titan Exteriors' estimate was not the lowest, but the work that was proposed seemed more accurate for the project. **** was timely and responsive to assess the work to be done and to provide the estimate. Once accepted, he was prompt to schedule the work which was going to be a couple months out since the estimate was requested mid-summer. When the work date approached, project manager ****** called to keep us appraised of the exact schedule. He and his team **** and ******* arrived at the indicated date/time and completed the work. The craftsmanship looked good and team was responsive to a couple specific concerns I had on how the work would be done. If we have needs in the future for siding replacement or other exterior construction work, I would certainly call Titan Exteriors for an estimate.

We had our whole house resided. Customer service was outstanding from getting a bid for the job to completion. Tony the owner was very responsive answering questions, redoing the bid for things we changed, etc. Andrey the project manager did a fantastic job overseeing the job and making sure we knew what was going on at all times. The two employees on the job were friendly, worked hard and very respectful of the property. Everything was cleaned up at end of shift. I would definitely recommend Titan Exteriors to anyone.

We had the pleasure of working with Tony and Andrey for a smaller siding project. They were incredibly responsive to our questions, offered thoughts and feedback, and were excellent in every regard. We were so impressed with the care and the pricing was very reasonable for the project. When timelines needed to change due to the extreme heat we were were told very quickly and the communication was incredibly clear. Every compromised area on our house was addressed with no unnecessary 'up-selling'. Not knowing what to expect for a complete siding, Tony came out and gave me the estimate and walked me through the job. He is very professional and approachable as to the specifics of the job. We used Titan for installation of a waterproof deck coating. When we had our first rain after the job was completed, we were very discouraged to find leaks in the garage parking area under the deck. Titan came out the same day we reported the problem to them. After spending some time reviewing their work and where the leaks were appearing, it was concluded that the leaks may have originated elsewhere. Titan suggested what we might look for and a roofer to come over to inspect the roof. Titan contacted the roofer who came by the same day and together formed a plan to chase down the leak source. Following a rather simple test, the leak source was discovered. It was not the deck coating but rather a gutter drain pipe. Titan was super responsive and accurate in the assessment of the issue. Very pleased all round.

Professional, and very high quality work. We had Titan install a new deck surface for us at our home in the ** Hills and the end result is beautiful craftsmanship. When the surface was put on the color was not quite to our liking and Pavel (Head Installer) immediately came up with a solution to slightly modify the color until my wife and I were very pleased with it. After the new product was installed we had a minor bit of damage from some follow up work by our GC, putting the deck siding back together. Pavel was out the next day to fix the damage. Really nice people to work with and extremely professional. We will use them again if we have a similar type project.

We moved into a house with two porches over living spaces that were not water proofed correctly and caused immense dammage to our house and compromised it structurely. When we were ready to rebuild, correctly waterproofing, especially given Portland's climate was a top priority. For that reason, we didn't go with the cheapest option, but found Titan Exteriors pricing to be reasonable and hopefully save us money in the long run.

During the rebuild I dealt with a dozen contactors and had very frustrating experiences, but it was anything but the opposite with Titan Exteriors. They were clear, thorough, took time for my questions, and on-time. We could not be happier with the work and on top of that their communication was great.

Tony was excellent to work with and stays true to his word. The crew working our project were completely professional and very efficient.
