Ben contacted me directly to reschedule an estimate due to weather, and then came out on time on the newly scheduled day. He then took the time to explain to me what was going on with my roof and what needed to be done. This doesn’t seem to be the norm for contractors these days, so was extremely refreshing! I contacted two friends immediately after he left to share my experience and recommend Tier 1 Roofing in case they needed a roofer in the future.

BBBI met with a young man who was professional, polite, and thorough when explaining the needed work, materials, warranty, and timing. Even though we delayed the project while choosing colors and trying to decide on dates Tier 1 was patient and supportive. The installation and cleanup were top notch, and I am pleased to be able to recommend them!

And Ben was able to give me some more time to pay the other half of my bill. They were also the only place that would repair the hole in my roof, everyone else wanted to do a full replacement. So grateful for this company. I will definately be contacting them when im able to replace my roof in the future.

I needed repairs and was told exactly what they were going to do. I felt extremely comfortable with everything. I was served with dignity and I was listened to when I had questions! There was no pressure and told to call anytime with questions…the job was completed on time! Everything was picked up after the work. GoogleWe were so thankful to find Ben and Tier 1 Roofing. The last big snowstorm in 2023 caused a leak in our chimney area. Tier 1 was the third company we had went thru and they could not have been professional. Ben broke out the drone and took great pictures and submitted them straight to our insurance company to get us covered. When there was more damage found he took care of that too. You won't find someone more professional.

From the initial meeting with our project manager James McDowell to the office staff and installers everyone was professional, knew their job and was responsive to all my questions. Came on time at 8:00am and we’re done right before the rain hit. The roof looks great and I’m very happy with Tier 1 Roofing and the overall experience.

GoogleFrom the beginning consultation to the day of installation everything was flawless. James our estimator was outstanding, providing us with tons of photos from the inspection, information on all the products and following up on all our questions. Andrew, the onsite manager was very professional and documented each step from the plywood that was replaced to the underlayments and shingles being installed. The crew did a great job and put netting around the house to protect it from any damage and collect debris. The new roof looks beautiful and my brother in law will be using them for his house after seeing the great job they did on ours.
