Great experience working with Tier 1 Roofing. They are knowledgeable and professional. Ben contacted me directly to reschedule an estimate due to weather, and then came out on time on the newly scheduled day. He then took the time to explain to me what was going on with my roof and what needed to be done. This doesn’t seem to be the norm for contractors these days, so was extremely refreshing! I contacted two friends immediately after he left to share my experience and recommend Tier 1 Roofing in case they needed a roofer in the future.

Tier 1 roofing made the process of replacing our roof so easy. Benjamin came for estimate he gave us confidence with his knowledge, and professional demeanor. The installation went very smoothly. Professional workforce, cleaned up everything after the job was finished. Not even scrap of old roof left behind. Would recommend Tier 1 roofing 100%. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Even though we delayed the project while choosing colors and trying to decide on dates Tier 1 was patient and supportive. They were quick about setting up the free estimate. Ben was very nice and easy to work with. They gave me the cheapest quotes out of the 3 or 4 places i looked into. And Ben was able to give me some more time to pay the other half of my bill. They were also the only place that would repair the hole in my roof, everyone else wanted to do a full replacement. So grateful for this company. I will definately be contacting them when im able to replace my roof in the future.

From the very onset of estimating, I was highly educated on my roof! It is a slate roof! Benjamin told me all the aspects of a slate roof! I needed repairs and was told exactly what they were going to do. I felt extremely comfortable with everything. I was served with dignity and I was listened to when I had questions! There was no pressure and told to call anytime with questions…the job was completed on time! Everything was picked up after the work. I highly recommend Tier 1 Roofing for repairs if needed or even a new high quality roof…best decision I made was to contact Tier 1!

Our second review for this highly recommend company. We needed a roof repair to address a rain leak over our garage. It needed to be done quickly before the leak spread to our interior. Despite a very busy schedule, Ben came for estimate to inspect, explained what repairs were needed, and gave us timely estimate. They worked us into the schedule and came on a weekend to get work done before winter. This is a first rate company that does great work and is responsive to the needs of customers! Highly recommend! We were so thankful to find Ben and Tier 1 Roofing. The last big snowstorm in 2023 caused a leak in our chimney area. Tier 1 was the third company we had went thru and they could not have been professional. Ben broke out the drone and took great pictures and submitted them straight to our insurance company to get us covered. When there was more damage found he took care of that too. You won't find someone more professional.
