GoogleGoogleVery pleased.
GoogleThis storage facility has been a pleasant endeavor from my first day speaking with the manager/ staff. I believe I was the first client at this facility. My first visit to sign up and see my unit was really a nice experience, she was very nice and professional! Showed us how to install the locks and operate the gate entry pad and went over the rules and regulations. Most places I have been just shove you out the door after your paid up! I recently called and leased another smaller unit and she actually did everything by phone , I went a day later to see the unit and she walk me through things again and help us with the lock again. Really a super big help! The place is clean and I really like this location. I feel like my belongings are safe . One more thing , the phone has been answered every time I call.
GoogleVery clean facility. I trust that my possessions will be safe and secure. And also, Kate was very friendly to my girlfriend and myself during the entire process. Highly recommend this place if you are in Alvin or the surrounding area!!
