Rebecca (The Staging Team) came recommended from our long time property management company who have managed our homes for many years. They said that Rebecca would do a great job and that she did! She was available to meet me the same week I called her and met me at the house I needed to sell. At first I wasn't sure that I wanted to hire a staging company as I wanted to maximize the profit of my home, but after meeting Rebecca she helped me to understand the benefits of having my home staged and how it would increase the likelihood of my home selling for the desired amount and in good time. There were a couple trickier rooms that would need someone with a good design eye to have the rooms beauty come through as intended. She knew which rooms would need to be staged and which ones didn't need to be. I gave her space to stage the home as she saw fit, as she is the expert, and I'm so glad at how everything turned out. She was kind, attentive and talented and our home sold in days. We will definitely be using her for future homes we intend on selling into the Houston area. Highly highly recommend.

I had a great listing that was on the market for nearly 3 months. Very nice home and it was priced right, but the real estate market was a bit slow at the time and we were competing with new construction in the neighborhood. I contacted Rebecca at The Staging Team to assist with professional staging to give this home a bump up in order to get it sold in a slow market. She was very prompt and professional with communicating with both the seller and I throughout the entire process. My listing received exactly what it needed with Rebecca's great suggestions, high quality furnishings and decor. It was a complete showstopper! The buyer interest and traffic greatly increased and we ended up receiving multiple purchase offers for this home the first week after Rebecca's staging. I highly recommend Rebecca at The Staging Team and will certainly contact her again for future listings!

The Staging Team have staged two houses for us in the Heights, Houston , in the last year. Both sold quickly, and Rebecca and her team were professional and did a great job making our houses look ready to sell. Rebecca is a perfectionist, and takes time to make sure that everything looks great, and the customer is satisfied. I would definitely recommend the Staging Team!

Rebecca has staged several of my listings. She is fantastic to work with! One listing in particular had been on the market for quite sometime. She staged it and it sold in a days. All of my listings that she has staged have sold quickly. Rebecca has high quality furniture and she does a fantastic job of putting it all together. She communicates well with the client and with me and the staging goes in and comes out as scheduled. I highly recommend The Staging Team!
