I am so glad I chose Matt Chalanick to help me in finding a new home and selling my home. Looking to downsize, I found Matt’s knowledge of the local housing market to be exceptional. He knew what I was looking for and found me a lovely cape in a quiet neighborhood. A buyer for my house within a short time on the market with a quick close. All in a week’s timeframe I closed on my new house and the house I was leaving. After six unsuccessful months trying to sell our house with another local agency, we switched to Matt and The Real Estate Agency. What a difference in professionalism, and knowledge of how to photograph, market and list a property!

Even though everyone always says "you can't sell a house in Winter", they were proven wrong as Matt had us an offer in less than 30 days after taking over the listing! He guided us through the negotiation phase and we closed shortly thereafter.

We've bought and sold several properties over the years and were truly impressed with Matt, and strongly recommend using him if ever you need a real estate agent!
