I had a balayage done at another salon, but it wasn’t what I wanted at all. After seeing all the great reviews, I decided to try this place out, and I’m so glad I did! Nicole worked her magic, and the results are incredible. It took two days to complete (because of my late work hours and a wedding I had to attend), but Nicole was so flexible with my schedule and made it work—she’s a true gem. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered perfectly. I’m in love with how my hair looks! Plus, she gave me a hair treatment, and after two rounds of bleach, my hair doesn’t feel like straw anymore. I’m seriously surprised but in the best way! Definitely will be returning back and never looking back.

The only reason I’m giving 4 is because the appointment I set was always put off on the day I scheduled it, and the appointment when it did happen was pretty lengthy compared to anything I have ever been used to, however, when I told Nicole what I wanted, she gave me exactly what I what I was looking for and took her time and put everything into making sure my hair was taken care of and I walked out of there looking amazing!! She offered me discounts for inconvenience and to use in the future, plus samples of product that will benefit my hair and coloring. I will be going back to her to make sure she knows next time I would really love to give her 5 stars! ❤️
