The Puppy Palace has impecable customer service from the moment you walk in the door. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable about the Yorkipoo we purchased. The staff took the time to answer all questions, they were very professional, they clearly have a passion for the puppies, and the palace was very clean. Our Champ was given a clean bill of health at his initial vet visit. We are happy Yorkipoo parents!!

So many great things to say about this establishment! In our search of finding the right puppy for our family, I stumbled upon The Puppy Palace.
Prior to visiting I called and spoke with Sheila who was a pleasure to talk to!
When we arrived she greeted us with the warmest welcome and we instantly knew that we had come to the right place for our goldendoodle puppy! When we walked in it literally smelled like fresh air and you could immediately tell that all of the puppies are very well taken care as well as

Wonderful experience Sheila and staff were so welcoming and informative letting us take our time choosing our new family member. Walking in you see puppies and staff interacting and you can sense the staff all love what they do and take pride in caring for the pups. Dont think twice about going best move we made finding the puppy palace!

I got my Great Pyrenees from here a couple months ago. when I was there I was treated with respect and the workers were very nice and I constantly saw an employee cleaning an enclosure, my puppy when I got her was in great spirits and so was every other dog, I would highly recommend getting your new pup from here
