This was an extremely positive experience from my initial phone call to find the store to my two visits to drop off and pick up my item that I wanted to be monogrammed. All of the people were very friendly and able to make excellent suggestions for colors and fonts. The store was lovely and fun to explore, too. I have already told a lot of my friends about this business. I feel so lucky to have found this place. I will never forget the way they made me feel like a valuable customer even though my needs were small. I will go here again!

I went to Pink Monogram to buy a present for a friend. I wanted to put the logo from the business, where he and I met, on a sweatshirt. All of the employees were so helpful. I found the logo by googling, they uploaded it, and suggested colors for the logo and the sweatshirt, that would complement each other. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. The price was very affordable and the work was completed quickly. I am so happy with the final product, and can’t wait to give my friend, his special Christmas present. I will be using Pink Monogram again and I, very happily, will recommend them to others.
