This was my first time visiting a salvage yard, and I was extremely nervous. I was helping my mom find a part for her car, and not knowing anything about what we needed, it was very intimidating. Thankfully, Mark was incredibly helpful and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. He guided us with expertise and patience, ensuring we got exactly what we needed. Great experience! I hit a pothole and needed a used replacement rim. Great price, great condition and friendly service. Also needed some floor mats and they hooked me up. Would definitely recommend!

The only place I could find the rim I was looking for who was also willing to pull it. Gave us a second rim for a great price too!! The staff was very friendly. Will for sure be back if we need anymore parts!

If you’re looking for a wheel for your vehicle this is your place. I was looking a wheel to mount my spare tire on for my Jeep Liberty . Every tire place I went to wanted between $185 to $265 for just one wheel. Crazy. Talk about gouging. I decided to give Country Auto a try. Glad I did!!! The wheel was under $75 that also included tax. They saved me well over $125 . If I need another part for my vehicles I will definitely be back.

I called new country auto parts Told them the part that I was looking for they said they had it and it was much cheaper than other locations. when I got there it only took them 10 minutes to pull the part and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend them I I’m a repeat customer.

I was almost run of the road when someone swerved into my lane. I swerved to avoid ended up hitting the edge of the road and destroyed my tire and rim. I spent the next day going to many pick a part places and salvage yard with no success. I started to call used tire places near the end of the day and one place recommended new country auto parts. I tried calling but ended up in voicemail just as I was about to call the next place. He called me back he told me he could help me. When I arrived we found out that he didn't have the exact rim as there are 3 styles for my car and year. So that was understandable. He was so helpful. He went to find the rim himself. He even through a tire for it and had it mounted. This was way and beyond customer care that is hard to find these days. A few hours later I was able to swap out the busted wheel and drive me car home. It was a life saver as i had to return to work the next day. If your looking for parts I would definitely recommend giving them a call. I will most continue to use them in the future.
