It’s been four years since I’ve had my house now. Jason and Ernest were so amazing and till this day they keep in touch. Whenever there are questions they make sure to answer them or just help you and make sure that you are always taken care of. Throughout the years they continuously stay in touch and stay involved with other things with the Losoya group. This weekend they put together an event to invite the entire family; unfortunately I was not able to attend but my sisters were and they made sure they were taken care of as well as welcomed. I appreciate all they’ve done.

Our experience with Jason at The Losoya Group was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us find our new home. He was super attentive and responsive throughout the entire process. He knew we were looking to find our new home as soon as possible and definitely understood the assignment! We saw about 15 homes in two days. He scheduled showings with a very short notice and was able to handle the fast paced environment without a problem. Ernest and his team were great about communicating and closing our deal even though we had never met in person. He was able to help us source an inspector and contractors too. We needed very specific things in our home and neighborhood, and Ernest took the time to give us a “virtual tour” as well as sharing his knowledge of the local area. We were referred to our realtor, Jason back in 2021. We were relocating from another state and to be completely honest, we were scared to take leap! Working with Jason, he immediately made us feel like family and didn’t waste a minute welcoming us with a hug! He dedicated a lot of time to us. From showing us a countless amount of homes, some even through FaceTime, to closing on our home was a wonderful experience. I do want to point out that Jason wasn’t pushy and was completely professional through and through. This was SO important for us, especially being on the fence about relocating.
