Ernest and his team were great about communicating and closing our deal even though we had never met in person. He was able to help us source an inspector and contractors too. We needed very specific things in our home and neighborhood, and Ernest took the time to give us a “virtual tour” as well as sharing his knowledge of the local area. I would highly recommend Ernest and his team!

Jason Rodriguez is a highly knowledgeable, reliable, and detail-oriented agent. As first time home buyers, Jason helped us navigate the complexities of the housing market providing us with essential information regarding what to look for in a home, the mortgage process, and all the fine details in-between. He was extremely flexible working with our availability to view homes; coordinated communications between builder, mortgage, and title companies; expedited document availability with the mortgage and title company; continuously checked-in with us and the builder regarding the completion status of our home; and so much more.

Jason went above and beyond in all aspects of our home search and buying process. He always made himself available - even late nights and weekends - when we had questions regarding the process. He always responded with highly informative answers educating us through the process - so much so that the homeowners education course we took mirrored our conversations. Jason always listened to our questions and concerns refining the search for a home based on our very specific requirements. In the end, we found the perfect home and could not have done so without his knowledge and guidance.

I would highly recommend Jason Rodriguez to anyone in search of finding a home. His knowledge, expertise, and professionalism cannot be outdone; in the end, you will be confident in your educated decision to purchase the right home. 14 days and we are under contract. This is a family run operation and you are made to feel part of that every step of the way. Ernest and his team put you at ease during a normally stressful time. I'm telling you, they have the secret sauce! If you're in the market to buy or sell... we highly recommend them. Not all realtors are the same believe me. Ernest has been incredible every step of the way. He helped us navigate the changing market while we searched for our new home from far away. Ernest went out of his way to accommodate our complicated schedules and ultimately helped us find our perfect home. His experience and overall real estate knowledge stood out when he helped us identify potential risks and benefits of homes, which gave us such peace of mind!
