I went to The Laser Whisperer because I was tired of being ripped off by the manufacturers with their outrageous prices on service calls and repairs. Changing a lamp costing me almost $15,000.00? The Laser Whisperer did it for less than half of the price and didn't have any extra hidden fees like the manufacturers do. I'll be using these guys for all of my servicing needs.

We were in a tough spot as our location is remote and nobody was willing to help us out. We had two machines down and one of the manufactures wanted charge us over $20,000 to simply come up and the other said that they would not come and that I would have to find someone else or ship it down to the states. I contacted The Laser Whisperer and spoke to Dawn who was very helpful. They were able to come up despite Covid and were able to repair both machines for under $5,000. Both machines have been working great over the last year and a half and I would highly recommend these folks. They understood the challenges with Covid and respected our revenue loss by being very fair, professional and empathetic. They are one of the good ones! Thanks

Thank god I found these people. They saved me over $20k bringing my repair to them where as the first company I brought my machine to wanted to charge me over $30. Great service

I was quoted almost $35,000 for a repair that Ken and The Laser Whisperer did for under $5,000. They are honest, fair and my machine has been working perfectly for over a year now. Had I not found Ken, I may have had to shut my business down. Highly recommended.

I've been dealing with The Laser Whisperer for several years now. He has completed repairs on my Pico, Elite and Medlite lasers. His prices were reasonable and he even picked up one machine that had to go into the shop for repair. He understands that when a machine is down we aren't able to work so he does his absolute best to ensure that we don't lose time. He has even worked over a weekend to get us up and running.

We had a good experience with The Laser Whisperer. Ken was able to answer questions and always responded to emails promptly. Our Quanta Laser was fixed quickly when we had limited help from other companies. He was very knowledgeable with Cutera and Quanta Technology.
