GoogleGoogleOliver was incredibly knowledgeable and personable and I learned SO much from following him around as he did the inspection. He made sure to explain everything he was looking at and encouraged us to ask him questions as we went. Report came back quickly and easily that same evening. I would work with Oliver and The Home Examiner again in a heartbeat.

GoogleOliver did an excellent job! He was very thorough and detailed. The report was prepared and ready the same day. I definitely recommend The Home Examiner.
GoogleWere buying a new home and while we knew some of the issues with it when we put in our offer, we wanted someone experienced and trustworthy to do the inspection so we would move forward informed and comfortable. We immediately knew we would use The Home Examiner and asked Oliver to inspect the house. He was quick to respond with potential times and scheduled the inspection for a couple days after our request. He is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, making sure to walk us through even smaller items for which we might consider fixes. Weve had past inspections that felt like the goal was to get through the job quickly. Not Oliver – he wanted to ensure we knew the important aspects that need to be repaired as well as anything that might increase home comfort and safety or lower long-term expenses. Hes a great communicator and offered straightforward, valuable advice. Buying a home is an enormous commitment and you deserve to know what youre going into and feel secure in your decision. The Home Examiner will absolutely give you that peace of mind!
GoogleI highly recommend Oliver at The Home Examiner. His original home inspection was meticulous and covered every square inch of the property. But the real value became clear a year after I moved in. When a new issue arose, a small issue with the bath tub, I reached out to Oliver to ask about it and he made time to come back and investigate the problem right on-site. His advice wasnt just general; he provided a clear, step-by-step action plan to fix the issue. This level of support and client dedication is truly rare and saved me significant stress.
GoogleOliver was very attentive and knowledgeable. He offered lots of information and was very competent in his understanding of maintenance and repairs/upgrades.
GoogleOliver is so knowledgeable, professional and just an all-around great guy. As a realtor and landlord, I recommend him to my clients for their inspections and use him for our inspection needs too!
GoogleHighly recommend scheduling your inspection with Oliver! We’re under contract for a house and needed to get an inspection asap. I reached out to Oliver and he was able to schedule us for the next day! I really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell additional services that were not necessary. His prices are also very reasonable, and he’s so thorough. He walked us through his findings and gave us suggestions on what we could do to remediate any issues. Definitely book your inspection with Oliver!

GoogleThey answered the phone first call and scheduled a time to come out right away, was only like couple day wait. Very quick to send over the inspection results and offered a completely electronic way to sign and pay for everything while I was out of town.

GoogleMy wife and I recently used 'the home examiner.' Oliver was prompt and professional. Our house is in a historic district and he was extremely knowledgeable about this sort of home. He gave clear answers to all our questions and even sent us a list of trades people and businesses as an additional resource. Recently I had a question and gave him a call. He actually answered the phone and was able to help me right then with some recommendations.

GooglePositive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Oliver was very thorough and professional. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions about the process and what he was looking for, and he allowed me to tag along for a good portion of the inspection.
