Highly recommend scheduling your inspection with Oliver! We’re under contract for a house and needed to get an inspection asap. I can't recommend Home Examiner enough. He found multiple serious issues in the home that we never would have found. It was like watching a detective run around a crime scene and pull together details that anyone would easily overlook. He even put together his report same day, with detailed comments and clear and high quality photos.

Oliver was very thorough and professional. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions about the process and what he was looking for, and he allowed me to tag along for a good portion of the inspection. He answered all of my questions and showed me things that I didn't notice that were of interest. It was clear that me following was slowing him way down, but he didn't seem to mind and was very friendly and professional.

If I ever have to have another home inspected, I will definitely be going with The Home Examiner.

Oliver was great! He did the inspection on our first home, and was efficient but very thorough. He was able to come out short notice and did a great job inspecting. Oliver explained everything as he was going along and was extremely helpful. Very happy! Would definitely recommend!

Steve and Oliver really were detailed oriented and explained everything to me and answered all the questions I had about the property.
