One of the best by far. First class service and doctors were very friendly and professional. Clear explanations of my results and treatment options. This is a very clean establishment which was very welcoming. I would definitely revisit this location and is one I would highly recommend to others.

Brought my 5yr old in for ear wax removal and the audiologist was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable and gentle. Whole experience was great.

It's my first time getting a hearing test. Ricky is very patient, friendly and easy to talk to. Before the test, he took time to listen and understand all my concerns. After the test, he took time to explain the results in details. Truly pleasant experience from start to finish. I can imagine any seniors or kids feeling very comfortable visiting this clinic for a hearing test.

*You can see Ricky at this location on Tue, Thur and Fri. For Mon and Wed, he's at Richmond Hill location.

If I could rate this place 10 stars, I would. Ricky Wong (Audiologist) and the Nice lady on the front desk were very friendly and caring, my whole experience was awesome, I never felt any pressure to buy, my results were clearly explained and options realistically presented. I would definitely go back and recommend others to this place.

I have found the staff at the Rylander Clinic to be very caring and sensitive to my 103 year old fathers hearing needs.
Rose is always very polite and efficient in resolving any issues I have.

What a positive experience I had at the Hearing Clinic, from the moment I walked in and Jolene's pleasant and professional manner to Anna the audiologist and Janice the Instrument specialist. Everyone has warm and welcoming making the aging experience relaxing. I now can hear everyone and my husband doesn't have to text me from across the room. Thank you all.

The staff are fantastic. Very through and knowledgeable. They were very patient answered all of my questions taking the time to be sure that I fully understood the information they were sharing. This is the first time that I have had hearing aids so I am adjusting to the change, however, they helped me choose the best product for me and I am amazed at the difference. It is always a pleasure knowing The Hearing Clinic staff. Everybody who works there are very professional and friendly, They are really welcoming and I always leave their office with a smile on my face. The doctor and the staff are very knowledgeable. I was skeptical about hearing aids and I was thinking, it won't look good on me, but I was wrong, the hearing aids they recommended was a life changing, I thought I had a mild loss, but it was severe, the hearing aid they recommended changed my life, and the consultation they gave me is second to none, First Class Consultation, The device is so small that it fits inside and not all that visible, and I had no idea I missed so much sounds that was around me, world is new to me. All thanks to Hearing Clinic doctor who assured that it will work and it will help my life, Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Yes, It helped me a lot, and changed my life. A++++++++

You come in with such great warmth to the greetings of the clinic’s receptionist Rose. She has helped me a lot with providing me appropriate and fast appointments. Rose demonstrates such kindness and patience!
Tammy is such a great audiologist! She is very genuine, kind and professional. She always provide the answers you needed. She has always helped me in need, last minute fix to my hearing aids! They are my hero’s in supporting my hearing needs! Thank you Tammy and Rose!

I have been a client with the Hearing Clinic at Eglinton Ave. and Brimley Road for the past 5 years approximately. I have ordered two hearing aids, the second one just recently. Their customer service level is outstanding, the stuff is super professional, knowledgeable, friendly and they bend backwards to help you, to accommodate you and make sure that you receive all the necessary information necessary to be satisfied with their product.
They deserve to receive a 5 star for the quality of their product and their service.

Found them on google while searching for a hearing clinic around the area. Was greeted by Thaya who was welcoming with a smile. Once I filled out the forms Jeff took me into the room for the test. Jeff was my audiologist who was very professional and helpful in answering my questions. Will definitely refer The Hearing Clinic to friends and family.

I have had a few hearing tests but never one so thorough and the people here were absolutely professional and in a word, great.
If someone has any reason to sit on the fence about having a hearing test or thinks there will some be some hard sell tactics to follow they should stop waiting.
These are experienced professionals who will make you give you options. That's how I feel about my visits.

Mary was amazing with my 12 yr old son who has Down Syndrome. She was very nice and patient with him. We’ve also had to go back a couple of times to have his hearing aid repaired as my son was rough with it and Mary was great. I highly recommend Upper Canada Hearing clinic!

While, we were at the hospital, We visited the hearing clinic, who were able to accommodate us last min, even though we didn't book an appointment. The staff were extremely friendly. Everything from testing process to product demonstration was highly informative. I would highly recommend this place.
