I especially wanted to leave a review in response to the Amazing consultation that I had with Joi, at the Fairell Firm. I was very nervous and a little on edge, not knowing what to expect. But right from the start, Joi put my mind at ease and patiently answered all of my questions. She listened to my concerns and I felt heard. Afterwards, she effectively communicated her very strategic thought process. I could certainly tell that this was an attorney who wouldn't mind being creative in her effort to getting the job done! I never felt rushed while meeting with her. She even went 45 minutes over the agreed upon consultation time! But, I believe that it was her compassion that impressed me most. It goes without saying, she cares. She showed concern for my immediate wellness and suggested that I make that my priority, even over attaining her services. Because, she assured me that she would be there and available when I was ready to move forward. She's just the right attorney to represent me. I'm so glad that I found her!

Amazing work! I was blown away by Joi’s professionalism and knowledge. Beyond elated to have her as my representative! UPDATE 2/13: Attorney Roy was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! Despite me waiting until literally a week before my court date, Ms. Roy had an unbelievable performance in court today! I’m beyond elated and satisfied! Ms. Roy and Ms. Joi put together an awesome case for me and I won!!!!!!!!!! Money well spent! I’ll refer them to literally anyone and going forward, if needed again, they’ll have me as a loyal customer! UPDATE 2/2/2020: I’ve returned for the services of Attorney Roy and the Fairell firm. In addition to a welcoming conversation, I good some good advice that will help me in the future. My first experience trying to explain my situation but this firm laid a very easy and manageable process for me to follow. I highly recommend this firm.

I rate 4 instead of 5 only because I ended up not retaining them so really don't have a full experience to review. I suspect they'd get a 5 if I did! I had a consultation with Ms. Fairell because I was fast losing confidence in my current divorce attorney. She advised that I see it through due to the timeframe of my case and that my current attorney wasn't quite as bad as I think. She'd have (probably) taken it had I pressed but I respected her professionalism and review of my 'facts' and situations so it seemed unwise to NOT follow her advise. In addition, she explained her firm's costs, procedures, etc. in great detail - nobody likes surprises. Hopefully, I'll never have need for a lawyer again as long as I live but if I do I'll go straight to Ms. Fairell.

Attorney Roy is the best, very professional and straight to the point! Let me just start off by saying she has given nothing but exceptional service. Once I provided the documents requested Attorney Roy handled it from there, she made her demands with the defendant and his attorney and she didn’t settle for less than what was offered. It’s funny because the defendants attorney had been practicing for over 20 years and she’s only been doing this for 5! Yes 5 yrs and she doesn’t play, she knows her stuff.
