The Fairell Firm represented me very well. I initially thought I was at a disadvantage because I was a father going into the courtroom. Attorney Fairell and Roy immediately gave me the confidence I needed to help fight my case. Attorney Roy was very well prepared when we got to mediation. She she on time, knowledgeable of my case, and very professional. I was very impressed with her performance in mediation. Attorney Roy was so good, and she made the other attorney look so bad, the defendant decided to hire a new attorney. Attorney Roy responded to emails quickly and always put the best interest of the client first. In the end, I got everything I wanted and more. One thing I was impressed with is how Attorney Fairell always knew what was going on with my case. Attorney Fairell is the truth and she is very verse when it comes to the laws in Georgia. Hana was always efficient and helpful when needed and very pleasant to speak to. The Fairell Firm is the absolute best!

I only did a consult but I can tell right off this firm is about their business AND Ms. Fairell was very pleasant and helpful. I can appreciate how she didn't try and take money by taking on the case. Instead, she advised of things I can do to continue to build on the case as it would not be financially lucrative for me to start a case now with the miniscule or inconsistencies that I am experiencing while co-parenting. She pointed out that no matter when I file, it's still contempt and I could really appreciate that because a lot of attorneys will say "okay we got a case" and I pay for the case and nothing comes of it. She was not the one that I was referred to but I am happy that I got an opportunity to speak with her. I'm pretty certain that whenever or If Ever I choose to proceed with my legal issue, this is certainly a firm that I could turn to for assistance.
