I would highly recommend Dr. Barnes to everyone! I got a breast augmentation in April of this year. It’s been 3 months and everything has exceeded my expectations. I had researched several doctors and even had a consultation with one in St Louis. Not only was he going to charge me triple the price, he told me I needed an invasive lift that would leave bad scarring. Then I went to Dr. Barnes and he told me all I would need would be a small crescent lift and you can’t even see a scar from where it was. I was going back and forth between implant sizes but I told Dr. Barnes my wants and concerns. Ultimately I trusted him and what he thought would fit my body. I’m 5’8 and we went with 500cc’s and I’m so glad we did. They are the perfect size for my body! I also want to thank all the nurses and anesthesiologists on his team! All so kind and caring. For anyone wanting to find the best Dr Barnes is it!

I recently had a mastectomy and Dr. Connor Barnes performed the reconstructive surgery. This can be both an emotional and physically painful process. I can attest to the fact that Dr. Barnes and his team of nurses made this entire event seamless. It's a tough surgery, no doubt, but Dr. Barnes set me at ease nearly immediately with his kind manner. I had every bit of confidence in his skills and knowledge and for me, that was half the battle. He was reassuring, kept me perfectly informed regarding the next stage of the process, was genuinely concerned about how I was doing, and I never felt like I was on this journey alone. I always knew that if there were complications along the way, I could contact his office and been seen immediately. Thankfully, there were no unexpected difficulties where I needed to urgently contact him but knowing that he was always available was a great comfort. The final result of the reconstructive surgery was superior, more than I could have ever expected. I am so appreciative of Dr. Barnes and his staff. If anyone finds themselves in need of plastic surgeon, he is most certainly the doctor to consult with. He is very kind and personable. I remain amazed at his surgical expertise and what he was able to do for me. I could not be happier with the result, and I am very thankful for Dr. Barnes.

Dr. Barnes is by far the BEST plastic surgeon! I was very nervous going in but he and his staff are SO kind and really put my mind at ease. We made a plan at my first appointment and I am so happy with the results. He listened to everything I wanted and made it happen. I cannot recommend him enough! If you are wanting anything done, you must go to Dr. Barnes. You will not be disappointed!

Dr. Barnes is the best! I have been wanting to have my implants removed along with a breast lift for quite some time and I finally took the step. Dr. Barnes was incredibly professional, informative, and really cared about my overall happiness with the procedures. He walked me through everything he was going to do during our consultation, making sure to explain all of my questions thoroughly, and ensure my comfort the entire time. Prior to the procedure he again made sure I was comfortable with everything and ready to begin the new me journey. During my follow up appointment he continued to exceed my expectations with my care and really my overall happiness with the surgery. Each time I saw Dr. Barnes, he always greeted me with a smile, provided a wealth of information, and was great with suggestions on questions I posed to him. I got Lipo 360, a tummy tuck and a breast lift from Dr. Barnes. He is very informative and answered any questions I had. He actually cares about how I see myself and wants to help me feel comfortable in my body. Everyone in his office is so nice and helpful. I love the way my surgery has turned out! Dr.Barnes did amazing!
I lost over 130lbs and need a BL/BA and couldn’t go very big the first time. He did my first BA/BL in April 2023 and we discussed going as big as safely possible and then coming back within 6-12 months to go bigger which I did in November 2023 and I couldn’t be happier with my results!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Connor Barnes! From the moment we met for my first consultation, he made me feel at ease…..I was so nervous! He is so patient, kind, caring, AND personable (literally one of the NICEST doctors I’ve ever met).
Also, I am so happy with my results!!! I had abdominoplasty with plication, mastopexy, and liposuction to thighs. He explained everything in depth, both before and after my surgery, and went above and beyond to help when I had any questions or concerns during my recovery.
Hands down, I would refer any friend or family member to Dr. Barnes, and if I had it to do all over again, I’d choose him everytime!

Dr Barnes was chosen to help with my surgery by my general/ oncology surgeon. I had a melanoma removed from my eyebrow very close to my eye. That area and the amount of tissue taken made it difficult to close the incision, plus just being on my face made it even more of a challenge! Dr Barnes did a wonderful job! He took skin from another area and used that to make up for all the excised skin. In time as it heals, I can tell already there will barely be a scar showing. Especially as a woman that is very important to me!
Dr Barnes, I first learned, from several friends who have either worked with him in surgery or had him as a doctor, is one of the best plastic surgeons in this area. I can now from experience say that too! Not only is he very skilled in his field, whether it's enhancing ones beauty, or reconstruction after a disfigurement, he does excellent work. Also, just as important to me, he is a friendly, down to earth type guy, showing great empathy, and understanding. He answered all my questions, easing my fears, and told me to call if I had any more questions. He was kind enough to spend time with my husband after his part in my surgery, explaining all he'd done, and also how I was doing. As my husband put it, he has great "A bedside manner" , including him and making sure he felt comfortable and reassured with the proceedings as he sat waiting. I would 100% recommend Dr Barnes to anyone who is looking for a great plastic surgeon. He is indeed the best around! I am so thankful he was chosen by my other doctor to repair and close the incision on my face. That in itself, being recommended by another surgeon, speaks volumes too!

I was referred to Dr Barnes for a reconstruction of my nose after a Mohs procedure. His staff is top notch and most importantly he is an excellent surgeon. The area that needed to be fixed was tricky but Dr Barnes did an awesome job. I can barely tell anything was done. I highly recommend this surgeon for any plastic surgery needs.
