As a first time homebuyer I had no idea where to start or what were the right questions to ask if there were any…Pretty much clueless on how the process goes. My brother recommended Amanda Goodman with the Castillo group. He could not have made a better recommendation. Amanda was extremely patient and professional throughout the process. There were never any “dumb” questions and was a call or text away from answering any that had popped up while away. Buying a home can be intimidating but Amanda made me confident in my decisions. She was very transparent with her answers but did not feel like i was just a client but a friend in need of a lot of information lol. From the first question all the way to signing the deed to the home, the process went by very fast and smooth. I cannot stress this enough if you are in the market for a home or looking to sell your current home, Amanda Goodman is your person! Thank you Castillo group and thank you Amanda!

Ryan patiently kept in touch with me for 2 years until I was finally ready to move back to San Antonio. Then he matched me with Shannon Nguyen. I have bought five houses over the years and she was by far the best realtor I've ever had. Enthusiasm, personality, knowledge of the market, always quick to respond. I think she always went extra steps to make sure that I knew completely where we were in the process of home buying. Everyone in her office has been so good about informing me about what steps are coming up. I don't think I could have bought from a better agent or a better real estate group. If you want to work with an agent that makes you feel very comfortable, not stressed and that you're truly valued as a client, I highly recommend that you talk to Shannon.

We reached out to the Castillo Group after we had a bad experience with a different realtor from a different group. We were welcomed immediately. They took care of us the night I called. They were honest, sincere, hardworking, and continued till we closed. They are honestly a rare group to find that has your best interest at heart. They don’t treat you as a potential profit. They treat you as if you were family. They went above and beyond for my wife and I. We were able to find a home and close with 5 weeks!! That’s with using the VA loan too! What can I say about The Castillo Group If you want more stress in your life when buying or selling a home try doing it yourself but if you want a stress free buying or selling process then call on the Castillo group. I have bought and sold a home with them within a years time and I tell you the process has been fast easy stress-free they help you every step of the way they take care of everything and there’s very little I have to do. Of course you know you have to gather what paperwork is needed for the process and that’s easy. Before you know it whether you’re buying or selling a home next thing you’re closing. I’m in from San Diego looking to relocate to San Antonio. I don’t know anything about the city. I was very pleased with my experience with the group. Mariana priced my mom's home at a good price and sold it in 6 days. Mariana's negotiating skills closed the deal. Melissa Velez made the home buying process so easy. As first time home buyers we were excited but nervous to begin simply knowing that the process isn’t always easy. Mel was absolutely amazing!!! She was always available for any questions and or concerns. She worked her schedule around ours and immediately helped us to identify homes that she knew we would love. Upon closing Mel ensured that we understood all documents we received and jumped on the phone to review if we had additional questions. I cannot recommend Mel and the Castillo group enough. Everyone we were in contact with was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient.

The Castillo Group, our realtor Shaun Zimmerman in particular, provided us with 5-Star service from our first video call 1,500 miles away until our closing over a year later. As an Army family, Shaun's patience and flexibility with our schedules was unprecedented. He always made us feel like we were his top priority even though we knew he had an extremely busy client schedule. His knowledge and professionalism were second to none!

We would be remiss if we did not mention Chelsea, the closing manager. Her weekly updates whether by text, email, or phone call kept us constantly in the loop in the process.

Mariana, Chelsea and the rest of the staff at The Castillo Group were so amazing to work with as we searched for a home for thousands of miles away. Moving from Boston to San Antonio in a time when it wasn't easy to travel meant that we had to do everything virtually. Mariana was so helpful with the videos and pictures she sent and we felt we could trust her when she had her eyes on a house. Once we made our choice, the whole team worked hard to help us through the process and we were able to successfully complete all of the paperwork and close on the house remotely. On top of all the work they did prior to our move, when we arrived in San Antonio we were greeted to a clean house and a basket of goodies! All of this made our buying experience great and we are so grateful to Mariana and her team.

Every member of this team was so extremely helpful and thorough and I really felt that they all cared for my husband and myself as if we were family. Mariana went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of every step of the way no matter the hour of the day.
