My teenage daughter over the weekend had a scheduled fitting. And although I was not able to schedule myself they were able to accommodate me with her. Such knowledable women there fitting you and making you feel comfortable every step of the way.

As a 1st time shopper I can guarantee that I will return over and over.
Customer service 10/10 loved the joy miss bra fitter ( im sorry i dont remember her name.) had in fitting me and my daughter ❤️. My fitter was happy to bring me more options, answer any questions I had. Made sure the whole experience was absolutely pleasant ☺️. Ended with the old, Yes, take my money please kind woman. The Bra Box is the place to be! I was so glad I found the store. I was in need of a bra that could be just as supportive as it is cute! There were so many options to choose from. They offer more than bras; there’s lingerie, athletic wear, and swimwear. The Bra Box caters to women of all shapes and sizes. I appreciated the personalized customer service I received from Naomi. The staff knows their stuff!

The service is wonderful! I’ve been sized at the Bra Box twice now and each time I feel so comfortable and relaxed there! The bras there are also perfect, when I first went I thought my cup size was a DD but it turned out I was an I, The bra they gave me had so much support I felt like I had zero upper back pain anymore. I love the service, the bras, and the whole over all vibe of the store. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I have been a loyal customer of the Bra Box for eight years. On my first visit, Salina changed my life. I’ve never had a bra that fit that well… or at all, ever. Let me let you in on one of Victoria’s dirty little Secrets- a double D is not a large cup size. Your band size is smaller than you think it is. Going up on your band size and down on your cup size (sister sizing) results in a bra that does not support you. If you’re getting sized anywhere except the Bra Box, you are getting “sister sized” into a sale, because no one else in town carries up to an O cup. Over the years, Salina has grown her business by providing a service that is not available anywhere else in this city. On my most recent visit, after losing 85 pounds, I was re-fitted by Naomi. She did a fantastic job, and took my every complaint into account patiently until we found the perfect bra for my current needs, my breast shape, and my comfort level. If that was not magical enough, Naomi found me a swim top with a full underwire bra in it that makes me feel like a million dollars! Salina has trained her staff to provide the same accurate measurement and knowledgeable and personalized recommendations that she has provided since opening her business. If you have never been to this store, if you have never truly felt comfortable in your bra, if your bra gaps or moves when you lift your arms, please just go. Book the fitting. It will change your life, boost your confidence, and lift your bust line.

Wow, what a great experience I had at The Bra Box! The bra fitter was outstanding and the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. To my surprise I was wearing the wrong band size by 2 sizes. Never underestimate the difference getting fitted for a bra from an expert will make in your comfort and appearance.

I had such a great experience. I’m not sure why I ever bothered with department stores. At first. I was a little hesitant to pay a fee to be fitted, but it did make a lot of sense. If you are someone who finds bra shopping, overwhelming, they not only have a very beautiful selection, but they know what they’re doing. I think this is the first time in a long time that I leave a store with a properly fitted garment. I’m going to be coming back for sure. I actually already an item on order and a wishlist

Very pleasant experience. Fast courteous service and I have really liked your bras. My only complaint is that no one told me my credit would expire and since I live in Brownsville and don’t go up there very often I lost my credit. When it was given to me I was just told I could use it any time and on anything in the store.

Was very welcoming! Asked alot of questions to get an idea of what I was looking for, was shown ALOT of respect and given plenty of space to try things on! Didnt know you had to pay for being sized but was worth the 30$ , it is good for a year of sizing and personal shopper!
