GoogleMicrophone was not working properly in my cell phone. They tried cleaning it and searching for no/low cost fix first. That was appreciated. The young man working was very friendly. I ended up need a new microphone and chose to replace it. It was cheaper than expected and they took care of me in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
GoogleCarl was most helpful & so was Gerado. My hubby & I made our 1st ever visit to Tek Expert on the recommendation of our grown son. Our sole intent was to purchase new batteries for our existing two IPhone 6s. Upon entering the showroom ( it’s quite nice & really large & well lit) we noticed the resale offerings of used computers & mobile phones that were in showcases. I found a really nice “ gently used” clean IPhone XR with 128 Mbytes of memory. I decided that THAT new phone with its extra capacity would serve me better than my initial plan to buy a new battery for my older IPhone.. So I DID purchase a new battery from Carl for my husband’s IPhone 6s but I also decided on the spot to purchase the IPhone XR (10th generation). I had no experience handling the newer technology. Carl & the other associate on site Gerado were patient & helpful with me despite the fact that many customers were entering the store while we did our training & transaction. I like that this is a locally owned enterprise & not some monster sized mega corporation. Other associates at the store were also friendly & professional when I took my phone back for technical data transfer from my former IPhone to my new IPhone XR. I have not yet gone back to retrieve the phones but I expect I will again find courtesy & proficiency. Yes! I recommend this business! Jane Marti

The staff there were very friendly and were happy to help! But only one problem, but only ONE. I didn’t get an email or text/call when my phone was done. But its not that big of a deal. I still got my phone! :D

GooglePositive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value My 2012 Macbook Pro had been operating at an increasingly slower level over the past two years. I kept putting off repairing it because I didn't know who to trust to properly fix it. Prices for other used macbooks were at least $400, which I couldn't afford. Jay at Tek Experts was able to give my computer new life in just two weeks! He installed an SSID and provided me with 4 more GB of RAM and now my computer is as quick as something brand new, seriously. He frequently called me over the course of the repair time to let me know what was happening with my device. The total cost for all services was just ~$200. I am so grateful to Tek Experts for their quick, professional, knowledgeable service.

FacebookI recently found a notebook in to Tek experts. It was not running at all, and they did their best to fix what ended up being in unfixable problem. They picked the notebook up at my house since I was not very mobile all the time, and they were very professional and very nice. I will use them again.
