Missy is amazing! I met Missy after a terrible experience with another realtor. I was about to give up selling my home after 72 days(with the other relator)on the market with no results. She said she could sell my home and asked me to put my faith in her. Thank goodness I did, she carried me through the whole process, which went so quickly when she listed my home. She made the process easy, explained every step and answered every question(I had a lot due to my previous experience with the other realtor). I can't thank her enough. Put your house on the market with Missy...put your faith in her professional approach, her straightforward honest answers and most of all her knowledge of the market and the entire process of both selling your home and buying your new home. I can't say enough about Missy and I will never use any other realtor in the future! She went above and beyond my expectations!

Missy is great to work with! Her knowledge and skills of the real estate market were suburb and we don’t feel we could have gotten our home with a different realtor. She goes above and beyond to ensure our best interest is looked after. Missy Balestra is amazing!! We are a military family and have bought and sold many homes but have never had the experience with a realtor like we had with Missy. She takes selling your house to a whole new level. She did everything in her power to assure our house sold at the highest dollar, within days on the market. Unfortunately, due to our Military assignment we were not able to get the house ready ourselves. What does Missy do, she personally rolled up her sleeves and did it for us. From scrubbing floors, painting baseboards to pulling weeds, she made our house immaculate, at no extra cost. I can not sing her praises enough. Our house had numerous bids above asking within hours of listing. If you are selling your house or buying one in the Jacksonville area, you will regret not using her. She is far beyond a realtor, she is your fully invested professional partner.
