I ordered a refurbished ECM for my Lexus because I was having issue with it shifting hard. The new ECU went in without any issues and after doing the ECU reset procedure the car started right up. I would suggest that Tanin includes instructions on how to reset the ECU because I had to go to YouTube and find a video on the process, without the reset my car would not start. With the new/refurbished ECU my car is shifting better and getting better gas mileage.

The whole process took about four weeks and today will be receiving the product. It looks like they did a good job. The speedometer and tachometer were replaced at an additional cost. Photos were sent, proving that the tachometer and speedometer and the back lighting worked. It’s a little bit pricey, but then you cannot get brand new OEM instrument panels from Lexus anymore so it’s a reasonable deal.

Hi, I had a good experience with Tanin Auto Electronix. I had the flickering/dieing speedometer and tachometer needles on my lexus and ordered a new set. Tanin even has how to videos online. And while it took me a couple of tries to get the needle position and calibration correct, they made it alot easier. Shipping was quick and accurate. When I called about a core return, I spoke with one of the Tanin brothers, very polite and professional. I recommend this company and would/will do business again.

Product installed plug and play with no modifications for my 2007 Gl1800 Goldwing. Brightness of the display is more than adequate for me even though description does state is will be slightly dimmer. LCD screen has been installed for a few months and working perfectly. Highly recommend this product and this company.

Although I could have used a smartphone as a substitute for the GPS that now works, it would not have replaced the backup screen that now works! I’m very happy with this product.

Overall the work was good and my cluster works great. Customer service was not all there. Had my cluster for over 9 days before work was complete, I was told only week turn around. Called to get an updated on the progress and they didn’t know what the status was. They were slow to find out and return my call. I also asked if they sent info on what was repaired and they don’t, so I am not sure what all they fixed. I feel they are so busy they are just trying to keep up. They might need more systems in place to keep customer service up at a high level.

Griffy's Repair- Customer's 2006 Chevy Equinox needed a stepper motor for a speedometer. Correct one was sent to us, and it worked as it should. We will diffently go back to Tanin Auto for needs in the future. Note, this was after I ordered one from a seller on Amazon that was shipped damaged. Then I found Tanin Auto !
