Our family has been with Randy and the T2MRE team since 2020. Our military family had to move to a new assignment, and Randy was with us every step of the way to convert our Texas home into a rental property. His expertise made the transition seamless, which was a huge relief for our family since we were already stressed about moving in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic!

The T2MRE team is very organized and Randy pays close attention to details, so my husband and I know that our cherished home is in safe hands. The T2MRE team is proactive when it comes to sending regular updates via email to our family, anticipating routine maintenance of our home as well as the needs of our tenants.

The team’s professionalism and hardworking ethic has gained them our family’s absolute trust! So much so that not a single worry comes to mind when we think about the home we left behind.

We have been renting a property from T2M for almost a year and a half. The team is always super kind and accommodating. We have only had a few maintenance requests and each time they are timely in helping us get it resolved. The maintenance staff is always kind when they come by for routine maintenance and inspections. We are a military family and we were PCSing to the area with short notice and the whole rental process was seamless. We appreciate T2M so much and would recommend them to anyone, especially incoming military families as they make it so much less stressful!

I can’t brag enough about Randy and his entire staff at T2M. In 2013 my family and I had a military move to San Antonio, TX. We rented a home for the first year. Randy was the property manager for that property. He did a great job taking care of the home we were renting. There were routine inspections, he went out of his way to make repairs which saved the home owners money, and communication was great. In 2014 we moved into a home we’d purchased. Upon moving out, Randy ensured the home was in the same great condition the homeowners left it in.

Fast forward to 2015, and we received a short notice military move to Italy. Because we’d recently purchased our home, selling it wasn’t an option. Instead we decided to rent our home. We didn’t think twice about calling Randy. From our rental experience we knew he would ensure the house was well taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised how smooth the property management transition was. Especially since we were communicating from overseas and not in person. I was also surprised by how quickly he was able to secure a renter (literally within a week or two). From 2015-2020 we trusted Randy to manage our home/renters with no stress or worries. He took care of any issues and/or concerns our tenants had. We would always receive detailed reports of any maintenance with pictures and receipts. He was also very good at keeping up with preventative maintenance. He was always professional and provided phenomenal service.

In 2020, we decided to sale our San Antonio home in preparation for retirement. Again, he made the process very easy and stress free. He took care of everything as we were out of state. He provided great advice and regular updates. We were expecting to have the house on the market for a long time due to the fact we were trying to sale in December. However, instead of a 6 month selling process, we had a full offer within a month (after very minor price changes) and a closing date within 30 days. The sale went very smooth and Randy did a great job coaching us through our first home sale. He bridged communication gaps between us and the buyers. He also stayed on top of deadlines and ensured we understood each step of the process.

I would highly recommend T2M Real Estate because of my experience with Randy. I would definitely work with Randy again.

I never take the time to write reviews, but Randy and his team are simply amazing and well worth my time to write them a review. You can't go wrong with them. They are always helpful and go above and beyond. I had a particularly problematic house and they put in a lot of time to make sure the house was repaired quickly, the tenants were taken care of, they communicated consistently, and made sure the repairs were done right and at a fair price. I cannot recommend them highly enough wether you are going to them for property management or to sell your house.

My realtor was Joe Gomez. I had a great experience with him. He was always quick to respond to emails or text and was very quick to set up house viewing when asked. After searching around for a bit we found the right house for me but, we had a tough purchase ahead of us. The city of San Antonio got involved and had the seller redo alot of work to the house which caused a massive delay in closing. Joe kept me informed through out the entire process, made sure I understood everything as it was happening, and always made sure I knew my options with the house purchase. At the end of the day I ended up with a great home that was completely updated and couldn't be happier.
