The agent, Robin Harbolt, is very helpful and has a lot of experience and knowledge while walking us through the health insurance. We had many bad experiences with the online and phone appointments until Robin stepped in and straightened everything out. We are very appreciative for her taking the stress off and getting our insurance in order.

Robin Harboldt can explain Medicare, and all the plans that go with it, forward and backward. She answered all my questions and ran a few scenarios so we were both certain I'd considered all my options.
Robin is very outgoing and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend her.
