This service is amazing! I spoke with Tia via text - great experience. If you are thinking, this is too good to be true, like me! You would be inaccurate. Talked to them on Tuesday - Grill and lawnmower picked up on Wednesday. Left in front of garage - gone when I came back. Whatever their business model is I am a fan💪🏻👍🏻.

Kept in communication through email. I was doing a major garage clean-up and found more things I needed to get rid of before our agreed day of pick-up and had to adjust the item list. Was very friendly and accommodating. I’m giving 4 stars because I’ve tried them before and was the complete opposite experience. I know it’s a free service but was very frustrating. This time was refreshing and I would recommend. Also, was a day late with pick-up this time. But came the next morning so all the items were still in driveway for them.

They picked up an old fridge for me. Told me to leave it out in front of my garage and they would pick it up the following day. Came when they said would. Used them a second time for a washing machine and stove. Same excellent results.

Indy Pickup 111 was very easy to work with. They responded quickly to my request and picked up my items when scheduled. It was also super inexpensive! They removed a broken grill and broken treadmill for $25. Best $25 I’ve spent in a while!!

What an awesome free service for appliance recycling! Called for options and was on the schedule to recycle a toaster oven in just a few days. Left it on the porch for pickup. Super convenient! Make sure you check their list of approved appliances before calling. Staff were friendly and fast to return communication. Highly recommend.
