I had been wanting to get rid of an old fridge and other smaller various items for months. I finally came across Indy Pickup 1111. I filled out the form online, they texted me and picked up the same day. The fridge pick up was free and I only paid $10 for them to pick up the other stuff. I am so relieved and happy. I only worried for a minute because I had never heard of this company and they arrived a little later than they said and stopped communicating and I thought I was going to have to bring all the stuff back in if they weren’t going to make it. But someone ended up calling me closer to 6, apologized and said they were on their way. I can’t complain too much anyways because again, without the extra stuff I asked them to take, it would’ve been free, I still only paid $10, and it was picked up same day!! Thank you!!

Had some scrap metal from a drop ceiling. I texted them and got a text back within minutes. When they called later to let me know they were on their way, the driver was kind and told me exactly how long till he'd be there. Was there when he said and got all the metal into his truck and was on his way. Great service with polite employees.
