I called them on a Sunday. The following business day, they texted back. I told them I had an old washer and dryer that were in the garage that I needed to dispose of They confirmed that it was free of charge and informed as long as the items were outside and easily accessible, that the pick up was free. I also a some scrap metal that needed to be disposed of. They would text when they arrive at my house. Fortunately I had a dolly and it was very easy to take the washer and dryer outside The very next day I received another text and phone call that they were dispatched to my house. They picked up everything except one small piece while I was at work. Everything went well, better than I could possible imagine! Great service! Called them again! My freezer went put. I also had some brake line parts, weights, scrap metal. Picked up without any issues. Great communication.

I had a large propane grill to dispose of. I called Indy Pickup and they came to my house, loaded it up and took it away on time and no fee. They were great and so much better than renting a truck and taking it to a scrap yard myself. I would use them again!

Fantastic service and awesome to work with. I have tried to recycle appliances in the past and it was a complete headache (especially trying to find a place to recycle TVs!!). I never want these things ended up in a landfill or just dumped somewhere because people didn't want to deal with the hassle. Call these guys!!!
