I called, line was busy. They called me right back. Told them I had an item that needed to be picked up. They instructed me as to where to place it for pickup. Someone showed up the next day as I was told. I helped them load the item into the back of their truck. Thank you’s all around. They left and I couldn’t be happier. They were amazing!!!! Had things in my garage that needed to go, a broken refrigerator, a huge metal rolling cabinet (left by previous owners), a broken metal fan, broken metal patio chairs, metal bed frame and a queen sized mattress set. Sent the request form on Sunday, they got back to me on Monday telling me to have everything in the driveway and they picked everything up on Tuesday morning! Minimal charge for mattress set and didn't have to pay until after they picked up. Easy, convenient methods of payment and they were fast and efficient! Would definitely recommend them!
