IT was fun nice and though lengthy if we walk in, if reserved early its easy. They have a parking place and they bring customer from there to their shop and it makes lot of things easier and love that long trailer drive in open air. They are doing the best and if they increase the operations time, then we should be in the right place for the vacation mode again

Austin and the staff at SunBuggy made our trip very memorable!! Austin was super helpful with our booking and he gave us lots of extra tips for our ride. The rest of the staff were wonderful as well, and very personable and attentive to our needs as first time riders. The prices at SunBuggy beat out their competitors and we will definitely be repeat customers. We looove our complimentary SunBuggy t-shirts we scored when we left. Thanks guys!! We got there two hours earlier than our reserved time and they moved our time up and let us go early. That was great!!! They also upgraded us to a better SxS than we rented, they were friendly and helpful. The guy at the dunes was funny and kind! We can't say enough about the service, helpfulness and over all great experience we had at SunBuggy Silver Lake Michigan! Oh btw my friends were up here all the way from Florida and they had a great time!!!

I arrived in Mears, Michigan, never having been there before, wanting to schedule my twin 18 year old sons each a 4-wheeler to ride on the dunes for the next day, which was Sunday. I do not like scheduling things via the computer. I had stopped at one rental company that told me about SunBuggy Silver Lake having the largest amount of 4-wheelers that was more affordable needing to rent 2. I thought that was very nice to be honest and give another company business. I entered SunBuggy Silver Lake and spoke with a gentleman who was very kind and explained the information and cost of renting the 4-wheelers. My sons had a very fun experience. I know we will rent from SunBuggy Silver Lake again since we all had such a wonderful experience, especially being our first time there to ride on the dunes. Next time, I plan on renting a 4-wheeler also. Thank you SunBuggy Silver Lake for helping to make my family vacation enjoyable.

This was a great experience. From the shuttle, to the check in and gearing up, to out on the dunes - it was top notch customer service! We got stuck, and the process of being "rescued" was great. I would recommend to anyone, and will be back!!!

SunBuggy has some great equipment. We had a blast for our 1 year anniversary. Max the gentleman out at the entrance of the dunes did a great job. He is the best!! Also, this company not only preaches safety, but every employee also practiced the words they spoke. Even if they were only moving the toys 5 feet, they put on their helmets. This place is great fun!

We had a good time. Still have some bugs to work out with their system. We were supposed to receive a text about parking and never received it. Austin was friendly and informative and the kids got a free shirt on the way out!
