I received a call to give me an arrival time, which was very appreciated. There wete 6 men working until sunset, then they loaded up. The solar panel array is stunning!!! Men worked non-stop, and we live in a very rocky North Central Arkansas!! Very happy with our choice of Sun Valley Renewables!! They have been very detail oriented and to date have delivered as promised!!!

My Wife and I checked out several Companies and I really am impressed with Sun Valley Renewables. After we printed off the proposal and thought about what the offer was we chose to go with Sun Valley Renewables and are very glad we have the system working for us.
We received our Electric bill from Entergy and am very pleased after we ran 3 space heaters in our home in March 2022 that our electric bill actual usage is only $10.47 for the entire month. This amount includes the $8.00 plus for the meter. We are also very excited about receiving $1000.00 referral checks each time we refer someone for information about solar and they decide to purchase from Sun Valley Renewables.
I have set a goal of referring 100 people this 2022 to Sun Valley Renewables and know that if only 20 people (1 out of 5) see the value as my Wife and I have and purchase we will receive $20,000.00. WOW! What a Company.

Having solar panels has always been an interest of ours. After receiving quotes from several solar companies, we decided to go with Sun Valley Renewables. Any questions we had were answered immediately. From start to finish, it was a pleasure doing business with this company that cares about their customers. Ryan always goes the extra mile to answers any questions and take care of his customers! We were up and running within a month of signing papers. 15 days in, we’ve gotten our first electric bill. It’s half of last months bill, and less than half of the bill this time last year! We’d definitely recommend SVR over any other solar company!

The Loan process was seamless, There is a cost you will be paying back. but it should be close to what you were paying the electric company.
The only drawback is you cannot build a system bigger that what you use in a year, so most likely you will need to get your system resized after a year, if you don't have years worth of electric bills/usage....
I also bought a backup generator and will add a hybrid system once the battery life goes up significantly from 6 to 7 years to 20 to 30 years.

You will always have a meter cost from the Electric Company monitoring how much you are producing for them and how much you need from them on non producing days.

Our roof install looks great. It was very quick and they didn't leave any mess for us. I called the following day asking for some paperwork and for some follow up questions and the customer care rep there went above and beyond to answer everything I asked of her.

If I could give them more stars I would have! Very professional, yet personable. From the office to the field. No long wait either. Talked to them on a Monday I believe it was and by Friday solar panels were installed and working. All my questions were answered in a manner to which I actually understood. I very highly recommend Sun Valley Renewables to anyone thinking about having solar panels installed. Lol, and they clean up after themselves! Very happy with Sun Valley Renewables!

The sales team was thorough but not pushy. Was given quality time to ask questions and received answers or follow ups to questions.

Execution of contracts and paperwork was efficient and able to be completed electronically. Securing funding was quick and straightforward as well.

As for the installation. What an amazing team. There were plenty of obstacles and hardships for them with extremely rocky soil, and weather. This team pushed through.

There are a lot of people involved to get the system up and going.

Thank you Berry Weatherford for your time walking me through and explaining the funding and the agreements.

Thank you to Taylor for the effort to get the panels installed. You and your team never stopped all day and worked up into the night doing your best!

Thank you Braytlee Holloway for bringing it all together and coordinating to resolve the final details of the project.

Huge shout out to Ryan Beliew. Your knowledge and compassion to explain when I had questions is most appreciated. You are a go to person and so thankful for you.

Other than the one guy on the project who was more concerned I knew his title and authority and seem to be fixated on pointing out other people’s flaws, each and every person who I interacted with, including about 15 or more people on install day, were amazing!

I have experience of supervising teams. I was impressed. I hope SVR is as proud of their employees as I do appreciate their dedication to exceed my lofty expectations.

From inquiry to final install in less than 3 weeks. Everything was handled over the phone and through emails which worked great for my work schedule and any time I had a question I had an entire team of extremely knowledgeable people ready to help.
