We can’t even begin to say enough good things about our experience! We are moving to El Paso, but completing the home buying process from out of state, which can be complicated. I have worked with Mr. Joe Martinez to refinance my house. Joe is extremely attentive and always looking out for the best of my interest. He did not just give me empty promises or deceived information. With straight-forward personality, Joe only contacts me after he had gathered all the information and fully engaged in my case. Joe cares so much that he not only goes over the interest rate but also maps out the payments for the next 20/30 years to ensure that I am taken care of.
