He did not just give me empty promises or deceived information. With straight-forward personality, Joe only contacts me after he had gathered all the information and fully engaged in my case. I was having some issues with the cost of property taxes going up and my mortgage payment being too high with the lender I had. Joe Martinez was extremely helpful in helping me figure out exactly what I needed to do! I don’t know what I would’ve done without his help! If you’re looking for a lender who truly cares about helping customers he is the person to go to !

I had questions about a home loan that I thought might be hard to answer. I called about 4 other companies who didn’t answer. However, Joe Martinez did and I’m so thankful. He took my call after 4:30 which I know is toward end of day for most people. He answered ALL my questions, gave me a lot of time to explain myself and provided me with even more information than I was expecting. Just off those few minutes it took for him to help me out I know I won’t even bother calling any where else! I’ll definitely be using him in the future.
