Max and his crew were amazing! They were all so professional! They cabled my river birch tree for support. You can't even see the cable. They truly are amazing! They also cut a big limb, and cut down a small tree, and took a lot if sticks and wood for me.. They will be back to grind the stumps early next week

. The team was very knowledgeable and cleaned up for me, even sweeping the street. If you need any tree work done, you can't go wrong hiring them!

First, let me begin by stating that Strobert Tree Service is professional, reliable, and provides exceptional service. I have used this company in the past but for smaller jobs. Recently, I wanted ten large trees located behind my home removed. I met with Tony Marsalo on a Monday to discuss the situation and Tony explained that a crane would be used. He was very professional and clearly explained the entire process and even included a video with the proposal. Once I agreed to the proposal I received an email to notify me when the job would take place, which was the following Wednesday. The foreman arrived and did a walkthrough with me. He was very nice and organized. Shortly after, the crew arrived with multiple trucks/equipment and of course the large crane. It was amazing to see parts of the large trees hanging and moving over my house. It is one thing to watch a video but to see it in person was like no other experience. The Strobert crew are so well trained and organized that they made the job look effortless. They made sure all the machines were properly placed and running smoothly. Another thing that impressed me was they did everything within their power to minimize any damage to the driveway and lawn. I was very pleased with the final result and by the work done by Tony, the foreman, and the entire crew. I highly recommend them based on the wonderful job they did.

We had a great experience. We had several large trees that had not been pruned for a long time. An arborist with Strobert evaluated the trees and made several recommendations. The work was scheduled quickly and the team did an excellent job. I highly recommend Strobert Tree Services.

Extremely professional and competent. They provided a quote several days after one was requested. They arrived on the appointed time and performed a tedious and difficult removal of five trees. 2 were very large red oaks several feet from the house. A job well done!!!

Had one tree removed and one tree trimmed. Great company but had a little problem with the company communicating. They came out and gave me an estimate, I agreed on it and was told they was 3 weeks out. No problem gave a deposit, scheduled the appointment. Later that day I get a call from the main office saying hello we are going to be coming out in the morning to do the job. Great I wasn’t expecting that but oh well, I ask what time will the crew arrive, he stated 8:00am. I was very happy with that, so I said ok I’ll be there. I took off work to meet the crew as I was told of a time of 8am. The time came around no one, 10am came around no one, 11:30am came I was like let me call to see what’s the hold up. I was thinking sense I had an 8:00am appointment, I was the first one on the books for the day. The person that answered the phone said the crew was on another job, I was like ok why didn’t I get a call stating that the crew was on another job. Why should I have to call to see where the crew was at. They began to tell me they had to finish up a job that they was on the day before. I was ok and in complete understanding but at the same time no one called me and said they was going to be a few hours late. I could have went to work and been home in time to meet the crew. So me losing time at work and didn’t get a courtesy call, it put me in a uncomfortable place with the crew doing the job. So at 12:15pm the crew showed up and when I said they showed up they was ready to work. I was completely happy on how efficient the crew was. Fast and completed the job like they was never there. They did what was asked with my quote, and cleaned up the yard very well. So for communicating they failed, but doing the job they got an A+ for sure.

My initial contact with Jay was what sold me on this company. He was very professional and took his time to go over what my tree needed, how it would get done, when it could get done and the price. He did everything he said he would do as far as emailing me and keeping me informed. The crew was, on time, efficient and very neat. It takes a lot to impress me, as a perfectionist, but Strobert Tree Service did. I have had many companies come give estimates and promises about what they could and would do, and some were no-shows and others increased their prices upon arrival! On a beautiful Saturday morning, we heard a loud crack and a very large oak tree in our backyard unexpectedly fell to the ground. Amazingly, the tree missed nearly everything, including our neighbor's house. After PECO cleared and restored the power lines, we contacted 3 companies for quotes. We selected Strobert to remove the tree as their quote was competitive and we've used them before. This time, we also opted to have some additional tree work performed, all of which was done very well. The crew was nice and contentiousness - they even reseeded our backyard before leaving.

During this time of Labor Shortages and unresponsive contractors, Stroberts provided a breath of fresh air by answering the call and being responsive. I needed 5 Trees trimmed and contacted Stroper Tree Service. -Mr. Hyser came and gave me an estimate , which pleased me cause had thought it was higher. Got a call that they would come the next day and trim the Trees - The Crew promptly appeared at 8:am and started trimming. Three hours later they were done and my Trees looked great - also was very pleased with their clean-upas all limps were removed - I would highly recommend Strober Tree Service to anyone that needed work done on their Trees.

Considerate to scheduling best time. Took down a condemned 70+ foot oak tree within an hour! All brush, branches, and trunk taken away followed by a team to grind the stump, clear the mulch, flatten and smooth out the remaining ground plus fill in divets made by falling branches. Very considerate of the neighbors and to surrounding landscape.

Very impressed with crews. Strobert Tree had 3 crews remove 2 ash tree including stump grinding, log removal, removal of grinding, and topsoil and seeding on different days. Crews also trimmed a large Magnolia Tree and three large Cherry Trees. Multiple crews worked over a few weeks. Extremely good with protection my property and that of my neighbor's fence/property including clean-up. Only issue was no notification when schedule changed, and crew did not come on a day that I was told.

I had Strobert tree services come out in the early in the year to trim and shape a very large overgrown cherry tree.
They did an excellent job!
They cleaned up well after themselves also.
And in the spring it bloomed out beautifully and looked so lovely all shaped up. Now it has tons of new growth on it probably due to the underground fertilizer they put down. I highly recommend them!

We had two trees that needed to come up, one of which was leaning badly because of recent storms. Strobert came out and initially set an expectation of a week turnaround. Once they saw how bad it became, they scrapped the initial plans and brought a crew out that same afternoon. Price was reasonable too. Would highly recommend them.

Strobert tree service does an excellent job with trees and shrubs. I have used them in the past for tree trimming as well as tree and bush spraying. This time was regarding spraying for borers in my sugar maple trees and spraying for lace bugs on azaelas. Their team is excellent on spotting problems and the results have always been excellent. The people that have done the spraying will spend time explaining what they need to do and can quickly point out any issues. They have expertise in this field and the results have always been great. I would strongly recommend Strobert.

I have to express how unhappy I am with their job! I hired them to clean up a fallen branch and trim all the trees and bushes. They left a lot of debris on the ground and claimed those were there before them. ( All the cuttings on the ground had clean straight cuts?). Update: it took the office a while to admit they didn't finish the job. The adjuster and team came back and it is all done. Quite happy with the result!

They did an excellent job of removing a fallen tree and taking down 2 others. Cleanup job was superb.
