GoogleMax and his crew were amazing! They were all so professional! They cabled my river birch tree for support. You can't even see the cable. They truly are amazing! They also cut a big limb, and cut down a small tree, and took a lot if sticks and wood for me.. They will be back to grind the stumps early next week . The team was very knowledgeable and cleaned up for me, even sweeping the street. If you need any tree work done, you can't go wrong hiring them!

I have used this company in the past but for smaller jobs. Recently, I wanted ten large trees located behind my home removed. I met with Tony Marsalo on a Monday to discuss the situation and Tony explained that a crane would be used. He was very professional and clearly explained the entire process and even included a video with the proposal. Once I agreed to the proposal I received an email to notify me when the job would take place, which was the following Wednesday. The foreman arrived and did a walkthrough with me. He was very nice and organized. Shortly after, the crew arrived with multiple trucks/equipment and of course the large crane. It was amazing to see parts of the large trees hanging and moving over my house. It is one thing to watch a video but to see it in person was like no other experience. The Strobert crew are so well trained and organized that they made the job look effortless. They made sure all the machines were properly placed and running smoothly. Another thing that impressed me was they did everything within their power to minimize any damage to the driveway and lawn. They came out and gave me an estimate, I agreed on it and was told they was 3 weeks out. No problem gave a deposit, scheduled the appointment. Later that day I get a call from the main office saying hello we are going to be coming out in the morning to do the job. Great I wasn’t expecting that but oh well, I ask what time will the crew arrive, he stated 8:00am. I was very happy with that, so I said ok I’ll be there. I took off work to meet the crew as I was told of a time of 8am. The time came around no one, 10am came around no one, 11:30am came I was like let me call to see what’s the hold up. I was thinking sense I had an 8:00am appointment, I was the first one on the books for the day. The person that answered the phone said the crew was on another job, I was like ok why didn’t I get a call stating that the crew was on another job. Why should I have to call to see where the crew was at. They began to tell me they had to finish up a job that they was on the day before. I was ok and in complete understanding but at the same time no one called me and said they was going to be a few hours late. I could have went to work and been home in time to meet the crew. So me losing time at work and didn’t get a courtesy call, it put me in a uncomfortable place with the crew doing the job. So at 12:15pm the crew showed up and when I said they showed up they was ready to work. I was completely happy on how efficient the crew was. Fast and completed the job like they was never there. They did what was asked with my quote, and cleaned up the yard very well. So for communicating they failed, but doing the job they got an A+ for sure.

GoogleOn a beautiful Saturday morning, we heard a loud crack and a very large oak tree in our backyard unexpectedly fell to the ground. Amazingly, the tree missed nearly everything, including our neighbor's house. After PECO cleared and restored the power lines, we contacted 3 companies for quotes. We selected Strobert to remove the tree as their quote was competitive and we've used them before. This time, we also opted to have some additional tree work performed, all of which was done very well. The crew was nice and contentiousness - they even reseeded our backyard before leaving.

Got a call that they would come the next day and trim the Trees - The Crew promptly appeared at 8:am and started trimming. All brush, branches, and trunk taken away followed by a team to grind the stump, clear the mulch, flatten and smooth out the remaining ground plus fill in divets made by falling branches. Crews also trimmed a large Magnolia Tree and three large Cherry Trees. Multiple crews worked over a few weeks. Extremely good with protection my property and that of my neighbor's fence/property including clean-up. Only issue was no notification when schedule changed, and crew did not come on a day that I was told.

Woodpeckers had a field day with one of my trees. He offered suggestions. Decisions were made. Quoted a price and it was the best out of three. On Jan. 4, 2024 Max and his crew arrived on time. We confirmed what was to be done and they went to work. Watching the process was amazing and timely. He checked to ensure I was happy as he was trimming back my trees. I was more than happy.
