My mother needed skilled nursing care after surgery. We are grateful Stone Henge of Ogden was there and had an opening.
We found the staff to be professional and caring at every level, and most of all competent. The facility itself was also clean and well maintained. The physical therapy was also great, the P.T. Team got mom up and going, we saw the improvement. Mom also said the food was good, we were there many times to see her meals and they looked very good. Most of all Mom ate!!
No one wants to be in the hospital or be laid up. But, if you find yourself or a loved one in need of a Skilled Nursing facility, we feel comfortable recommending Stone Henge of Ogden!

This facility is amazing. I have been to many around Davis county and in the Weber area and this place stands alone in service and care. This facility is clean, well managed, and has a very friendly staff. The food here is amazingly good and fresh. They go out of their way to make everyone comfortable. I would recommend this skilled nursing facility to everyone.

I had a great experience at Stonehenge. It allowed me the time necessary to heal, improve my endurance, strength and confidence. The food was great, Karen with activities kept me supplied with plenty of Word Search, crossword and Sudoku puzzles to keep my mind sharp, Vanessa with housekeeping and her daughter Chelli kept me entertained. Emily and Amanda in therapy were great at helping me reach my goals despite the difficulty nature of my injury and all the CNAs and nurses were awesome. I felt like I was family. I wish I could list all their names but there is not enough room. Joel, the administrator in training, made frequent visits to make sure everything was going welI. I wish I could list all their names but there is not enough room. If possible I would give you all 10 stars. Thank you for the Greta care and fun times.

I felt I was well taken care of and my therapy team kept me going. The nursing staff was phenomenal and the food was great! They also went above and beyond making sure I wasn't bored in my down time with movies, books, puzzles and hallway bingo. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

When I first arrived at Stonehenge it was nighttime and most of the residents had gone to bed but I remember the tender care that Ryan gave me through the night. And the next morning I was mourning the loss of my dear husband, my home totally my whole life as I had known it. My sweet CNA Kevin allowed me to cry and cry in the shower. All of the staff were so very sympathetic with me.
Jamie, the nurse saw what a trial it was for me to lug around my big “party “ ball ( antibiotic) and brought from home a small little purse to put the ball in. Very personable..
The cooks all bent over backwards to try to fix things that I could tolerate as I was very nauseous throughout my whole stay. The food was delicious very very appetizing and very good.
Mary Margaret was wonderful to talk to. A few weeks into my stay the COVID-19 struck and we could notI have visitors. She was able to keep us entertained and busy and would come to our rooms and chat and listen. What a comfort she was to me.
I wish I could name everyone by name but I am afraid I would miss someone but without exception I was made to feel welcome, to have faith in my caregivers (Dr. Ben) (PT, OT) I guess you could say I had a wonderful stay and yes I would recommend Stonehenge to my friends and associates

This is the nicest, friendliest and cleanest place to stay at for rehabilitation. I cannot say enough of this place, the staff, nurses, CNAs and pt’s. They are amazing and always happy to accommodate you. The food was so good (and I am very picky), even Pat who runs the kitchen will come and talk with you... Bottom line if you want to have a great experience while you are healing this is the place for you!
