I have been to this facility more than once. The reason for my return is because of the quality of their physical therapy department. Some of the best I have experienced. Luke and Tanner are exceptional therapists.

Awesome staff! The CNAs work hard and are super helpful. I did my clinicals here and got the chance to work with Elise. She’s on the ball and knows her stuff!

Stonehenge care facility has an excellent and caring staff. I was impressed with each of the 3 or 4 employees with whom I interacted when visiting a very ill friend.
I know my friend felt the same.

Stonehenge of American Fork is a wonderful place for rehab. Many of the staff have been there for a long time creating a great environment to heal. Its a beautiful facility and the rooms are really big. The rooms even have another bed just in case a family member wants to stay with their loved one. if you are looking for a great place to heal I would highly recommend Stonehenge of American Fork!

StoneHenge of American Fork is a clean, friendly and well managed facility. My sister has been residing there for 3 years and we have had a very positive experience there. The staff is helpful and caring. The place is kept clean and they attend to my sister very well. Thank you Stonehenge staff!

We moved my mother from a different care center, I checked into 4 others in the area and Stonehenge was by far the Best choice! She has been there for about 4 months now. Every person whom I have delt with and all those who have worked with my mom have been so compassionate and kind. My family and I are so appreciative of all they do.

I’ve had the opportunity to be a consistent volunteer at this Stonehenge over the past several months and felt compelled to write about some experiences while in this facility.

I’m very impressed with the way the residents here are loved, treated, known, and cared for. It seems as if each resident is cared for like they’re part of a family. The staff knows their interests and needs and caters to them individually. They speak kindly, are gentle, and the staff does not appear stressed or stretched too thin.

I offer my time as a volunteer bringing in science lessons to the residents here on topics they might enjoy. I’m AMAZED at the talent that is being brought in to these people to enjoy each and every day instead of just enduring every day. The people living here are treated with dignity and given chances to continue growing. I’m so impressed by Suzan, the activities coordinator, and her sincere love for these people’s bed her job. Just look at the thoughtful and impressive activity board displayed in the dining room to know this. I’m grateful I’ve had the chance to see the care going on inside these walls.

Placing my parents in a care facility two years ago was one of the hardest things I have had to do. After taking care of both of them for 12 years, my Mom with Dementia and my Dad with physical needs; I came to the realization that they required more care than I was able to give. Stonehenge of American Fork has been beyond amazing. They truly care about each individual person and their needs. My parents receive great care, love, and time. They are more than just a resident, they have become a part of the Stonehenge family. The staff is friendly and kind, the rooms are clean and spacious, the meals are great and geared to each individuals need, and they have daily activities that help them enjoy themselves and work on their cognitive skills. I would hands down recommend Stonehenge of American Fork to anyone that is in need of placing a loved one. My parents are my world and I have a sense of peace in knowing they are well cared for.

This is a great building. The rooms are spacious and clean and the building has no smells. The staff are dedicated and provide a world-class experience with the quality of care. This is a great place for rehabilitation, short-term or long-term.
