Scott and Jill were great to work with. They listed carefully to what I said about the timeline I needed and advised when to get the house on the market. (The timing turned out to be perfect). They suggested what needed to be done before my house went on the market and what could possibly wait and provided a list of possible contractors to get the worry done. They even handled getting a quote and setting up a driveway repair. The video they had taken of my house was amazing. When it came time to negotiate a deal with a prospective buyer, they talked with me and took my concerns into consideration. This may sound perfectly normal, but some of this occurred when they were out of the country, on vacation. They, and their team, still handled issues that needed negotiation after the inspection. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Scott, Jill, and their team are wonderful. Their advice was spot on. We sold our house in 2 days on the market and had multiple offers. It only took 25 days from listing the house to closing on the sale. We first met with them almost a year and a half before listing our house, and they did not pressure us at all, they just talked us through what improvements should be made and what price range they thought would work. They and their team are very knowledgeable and quick, super easy to work with. We'll definitely use them in the future and recommend them to our family and friends!
