I had an awesome experience purchasing our new Class B RV at Southern RV. I enjoyed meeting all of the friendly staff there and everyone involved in the process were just great! If I ever need another RV, I think this is the only place I would want to go to again. Super nice! I only wish they were not so far away from me for services!

Every interaction I had with Southern RV was wonderful. From Anthony in sales who was a great communicator (without phoning excessively) to Eric and Peter in finance who completed the purchase clearly and quickly. Josh in service did a thorough tutorial to make sure I understood everything about my camping trailer. Zeke in service suggested a different anti sway bar set that worked better with a small disability I had. Peter went out of his way to schedule me in quickly to make a change so I wouldn’t miss an upcoming important trip. I have dealt with other Atlanta area RV dealers and my experience with Southern RV was the best by far.

Everyone I met at Southern RV was very pleasant and helpful with questions I had. I am disappointed with the PID inspection however due to issues I am having with a 2 year old coach with less than 14k miles.

My only regret is not going to Southern RV FIRST! This is our second purchase and after visiting several other dealers, this experience was THE BEST! Our salesperson Callie was friendly, patiently answered or found answers to all of our questions, took time to make sure the rv fit our family AND our tow vehicle. Eric in financing offered us the best possible deal, finance terms, and freely allowed us to shop for our own loan because us being confident in our purchase was more important than making the sale. Now that’s INTEGRITY. Peter assisted in the process with general information and it felt like talking things over with a knowledgeable friend. Lastly, you don’t have to worry about buying a “bad” unit. It’s very obvious that they will ONLY sell quality used units. They are very thorough about EVERYTHING! They were all great. Got a better deal then I expected. There were a few glitches but it was just one of those thing. In closing the deal they gave us a store credit to compensate for our inconvenience. I'm not talking about a few bucks I'm talking about a couple hundred. Totally unexpected. Peter was our agent and he went over and beyond. If you are looking to get a camper shop at southern rv.

Eric/Jill were simply the BEST!!! Extremely helpful, friendly and honest. We found the perfect camper, and exact floor plan we wanted, so drove an hour and half to see it. And they got us exactly what we requested for price and payments!!! Highly recommend.

The Southern RV's staff was great. Patrick Arnold in sales and Zeke Brannen in services was just the best. Patrick worked really hard to help me purchase my first roadtrek. I felt really comfortable with Patrick and never got the feeling that it was about a sales commission. Zeke made sure that I understood how the Roadtrek functioned and addressed any concerns I might have had before I left the lot. From the first time I entered the front door, until I left, I felt like I was at home with Southern RV's staff. The price of the Roadtrek was so unbelievable. After I signed the sales contract the unbelievable services continue to a point of making sure I was satisfied before I drove off. Yes, I would purchase from Southern RV again. Thanks guys

Sales person we dealt with was awesome she way be on helping us in every way she could I'm talking about Jill she's the best we had a few problems the evening we picked our camper up and from about 7:00 that evening until 10:00 pm she was me with other people from there shop getting the problem fix so everyone there are great people to deal with.

You were looking for an RV and found one at Southern rv. We drove all the way from Orlando and bought it so I don't seen because we knew what RV wanted. We dealt with Jimmy and Jonathan who did a great job getting everything set up. We got up there and literally only 15 minutes of paperwork. The nice thing is they did a good once-over of the RV pride dress coming up and they actually found some issues and fix them before we pick the RV up. The staff was incredibly nice

We were looking for a larger camper than the 21 footer we had. It was just too small if the grandchildren come with us, as they usually do. The staff at Southern RV listened to what we needed, and found the perfect trailer to meet our needs for space, comfort, but not too long or heavy as to be a hard pull in the mountains. The sales staff was not pushy at all and made sure we were happy with our purchase. We highly recommend Southern RV if you are looking for anything from a small, basic sports camper to a large RV. Thank you Jill Foster and (Daniel, PDI Tech on his walk thru), Jill Foster is an excellent sells person, she is very knowledgeable with RVs sells, the quality of RVs, and the different options they come with. Daniel is a very good technician; he is very knowledgeable on all of the equipment and how it works. the walk thru he gave was very smooth and accurate!
