Staff there is friendly especially the nurses. I was happy that I didn't have to start over after 2 years because of the pandemic. I just picked up where I left off! All my info was still in the system. To my surprise I weighed nine pounds less than my last visit, but still have some pounds to lose. Best time to go, IMO is in the morning, if possible.

Dr. Forrester is an amazing doctor and has an excellent bedside manner. When I first came to him, I was on a high dose of blood pressure med because of migraines due to a brain surgery I had 8 yrs ago, and I was also having high blood pressure readings in the evening and numbness in my legs. He listened, did tests, and had me track my blood pressure. He discovered that I had a sleep problem and was a "none dipper" and dosing me with high blood meds was doing more harm than good (creating numbness because I didn't need it). He put me on melatonin and a low dose of bp med to take as needed during a migraine, and he gave me an exercise and sleep plan to follow as well. I see him every six months because he also told me that I should be seeing a cardiologist on a regular basis because I have an autoimmune disorder that could affect the heart. Therefore, I need to always be monitored. The funny thing is that my new RA doctor thought I already had one, and I have had this disorder for 22 years and no one has ever said anything about seeing a cardiologist regularly. OMG! I am glad that I found him because he is honest, full of knowledge, and believes in being proactive. I am doing amazing now.

I was a little scared because this was my first time seeing Dr. Washington, but he was so thorough and patient, he explained everything about my health and the next steps which put me at ease. If you are looking for a doctor who takes the time to listen to you and not rush off to the next patient then this is the doctor for you!

This place can be hit or miss, depending on the time of day and who you see. Otherwise, its solid and I will continue to go.

If the people at the front desk would be more friendlier and inviting. At two different times on the same day, two different ladies, I approached the front desk and waited minutes before they asked if they could help me. I find that very rude. I saw them do the same thing with another patient and she complained. You can continue imputing patients info or whatever, but at least acknowledge by saying “I will be there with you shortly”. That’s all you need to say!!!! They need to be taught customer service.

Dr Forrester is the best of the best. He is an extreme professional and he really gives a darn about keeping his patients healthy. I promise you he knows all of my family names and has celebrated their achievements and cried with me when I lost my only sister. His staff is equally amazing. I would not trust my life with any other cardiologist. The best of the Best is what you get if he is your cardiologist.
