Yes, everything went well. It was an easy fix. I was a bit surprised when he arrived at the door. While I had selected time options I expected to get a call or text confirming the appt. I was in the midst of having my hair done. Not usually the way I like to greet people. Lol.

Todd is the best! Met us on our schedule and helped us get into a home super fast and super easy. We love our new home and couldn't be happier with how easy this process was! The whole screm team has been sooo helpful along the way!! I even got a call today from maintenance making sure everything was going well and taken care of.
