My front loader washer stopped draining and i called them and they all were so nice. They got me up and running and have checked on me after a week just to see if all was well in my washer world! I called around before finding them and the other places were crazy priced and rude as can be! I will forever be using and grateful to southern appliance!

My grandmother's dryer stopped working so we called Southern Appliance Sales and Service. They came out in a few days. The technician, Chuck, arrived on time and put on booties to cover his shoes to make sure no dirt was tracked into the house. He then promptly fixed the dryer and explained other issues that we should be aware of for future wear and tear, to keep the dryer functioning well. He was absolutely amazing, and the whole experience was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend to anyone for servicing/repairing your appliances!

I had the most pleasant experience with service on my refrigerator this morning. Chuck M was wonderful and took the time to explain what was going on and the repairs needed. My refrigerator is now working properly again. Very happy with the service and the prices
