GoogleThe word wow is an understatement for the professional and exceptional customer service I received at Sonitec imaging! The why behind the wow and five stars is is because first, I was greeted with a sincere and warm human being, not a kiosk check in station, that put me at ease from the get go. Secondly, when I was taken back, on time, I was placed in a room that calmed the mind and was absent of that cold clinical atmosphere that screams discomfort. Thirdly, the actual ultrasound was done with such thoroughness and competency that I never experienced before! The level of detail protocol at Sonotec was unusual and exceptional and really helped put my mind at ease knowing I was in competent hands. The sonographers, Nicole and Naomi, were professionally polished in their demeanor yet friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and quite soothing in their approach. There wasn't the typical feeling of being rushed and treated like just another number to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Sonotec Imaging is quite different than any other imaging center I'd ever experienced from A-Z and a business I would highly recommend especially if you are interested in being treated like a human being and value old school common courtesy and true customer service where the patient truly matters.
