I had my 2008 VW Bug towed to Smoky Mountain auto service and tires for repair. Five stars doesn't rate them high enough. When I called the Volkswagen dealership I was blown off. Couldn't get the parts cluth cables, so they said. Talked to Roy he said he'd get it fixed. He had to order parts and during the whole process he kept in touch and updated me often. Very professional! He called me Saturday morning said my car was ready. I went to pick it up. It drove off like a dream. Very reasonably priced. Going back next week to get new tires put on.
