I was referred to Solva, and Caroline Inman in particular, as I started navigating the "system" due to my mother's cognitive decline. I had done some footwork myself, however, the time that Caroline took to listen to me (our needs) and offer strong, knowledgeable advise, was priceless to me. I have return calls to her, crisis calls, and she takes the time to listen, and offers concrete solutions. Caroline offers compassion and empathy in all her interactions. And it did not cost me a fee of any kind. Incredible service. I would recommend Solva to anyone who is looking to navigate this system we call Senior Living / Retirement. I cannot thank Caroline enough for the advice she provided me or the time she so generously shared with me. I was able to get a tour with a retirement residence that we want our loved one to be accepted into. Thank you so much, Caroline.

Juanita, with Solva, efficiently completed urgent research and provided excellent options for a placement of an elderly close friend of ours in assisted living in a retirement residence. Her work was diligently pursued, even over the Holiday season, for an urgent placement required as the result of an unreasonably short discharge timeline imposed on us by hospital. Our friend is very happy in her new home, for which we thank Juanita and Solva.

I had a very kind, sincere conversation with Caroline who is extremely devoted to her work.
She is a great listener and communicator and trying absolutely her best to understand and help you to her best ability.
She was able to find 3 beautiful homes where I will be able to put my loved ones with any hesitation.
Also Juanita who assisted me with my journey was extremely nice, professionally helpful and comforting.
